The panel installers were excellent to deal with. They found all broken tiles on my roof and relocated them to a spot which was easy to get to for replacement. the team was efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Only issue was I heard nothing from solar energy and could not get a install date until the national manager was involved and then it was the next day. After agreeing to a date and time. Was told 9:30am and the team turned up at 7am. Other than this the panels are working well. We installed a 7.6kw system and in one week we have actually not used any power and put about 2 days of power back into the system. I bet when the electricity company install their unit, I wont get the same offset. Call me a sceptic

Very fast initial responses and communication untul I signed a contract and paid a deposit, until then nothing short of terrible. Had to send multiple emails to get a reply and when I did the reply I received made no sense.

Great people ever. Awesome response after installation at just after one chat with Grace. Highly recommended solar power nation. They gave me best service and I will definitely go with them again if I have to install solar system in future.

After you pay the deposit NEVER hear back from them after couple of weeks. Incorrect quotation promising one thing unable to install it later on. I was advised to remove my currently installed solar system myself, I told them this action can kill me as this electricity and is NO joke was told all our customers do it themselves it is EASY. Have sent cancellation form to their after sales email bounced back 3 times and now waiting for couple of days no confirmation of receipt or when they will refund deposit. Thinking of complaining to the clean energy council about them very very doggy people. Don't be deceived by them.

This was a very easy process for myself. Communication was great all the way. Date was set for install and completed on time. I had no issues in any way from start to finish.

Installation process was smooth there was no issues.
But when we chat in a first place, they were saying it will be done with in a month but it took more then that.

Paid deposit on 20th March 2022, the first email after that was on 2nd of May 2022. The communication was always bleak after I paid the deposit. I called them and got nothing for the installation time frame. Then they said that I would have to remove my existing solar installation which I was told would not be a problem before I deposited the money. Told them that I wanted my deposit back as it was going to be costlier than I envisioned. They tried to deny any knowledge or discussions as such of the existing system. After a lengthy argument was told that they would have it refunded but would take time. Well, its 15th of Feb 2020 and haven't received anything yet.

Service up until installation was fine, could have done with more communication. Service was quick, just needed to be more organised as they came back twice for small things (adding stickers and taking photos) other wise whole process was great.

The guys turned up on time, explained me what was required to get the job done. Finished the job in time. Explained me everything about the setup and basic things to look for on day to day basis.Explained me the next steps and what to do when there was a fault or functional issue. True professional. Definitely recommended.

Customer service were polite and helpful every step of the way. Installation crew were also polite and got on with the job.

Nick the guy who did the mechanical install was extremely professional from the start to completion, and then the Sparky who followed was the same, Polite, efficient.
the only issue with the company, not the installers was the abuse delivered by one individual, but that was resolved by management. all good .

Victor from Solar Power Nation quoted me back in 2022 a solar system 6.6KW with 24 solar panels for $2500,00 but when I looked at my roof space I thought this are too much Panels. I called Victor and upgraded to the 6.6KW solar system with 20 panels for $2700.00. My Installation tock place early Feb. 2020 and we could fit only 18 panels which are still 5.9Kw in total. The installation team of 5 was very professional and finished in 4 hours.

I ordered the panels in Mid December and they were installed on the 30th Jan. The installers were very friendly and helpful and together with the electrician they had the panels in place in about 5 hours. Service was excellent.

Very happy customer here. approx. 3 weeks to install after deposit taken. Although hesitant I shouldn't have been, my sales rep Jordon was very informative and allieviated any concerns I had and was contactable throughout the whole process.(sum 30 odd emails mainlky with my stupid questions). System is up and running and also our installers did the job on a Sunday with 2 guys and no mess behind. happy with our purchase overall :)

Initial quote was quick & efficient and Western Power we’re quick to instal the smart meter. We signed up on the 19th December and panels were installed on 4th February. Two installer completed the whole job in less than 6hrs, they cleaned up after themselves and minimal rubbish ended up in our bin. Only minor issue was that panels were not placed as per the plan. So far the system seems to be working fine.

The installation of the panels was good, but it was slow to be connected so we could use the solar. Overall service from Solar Nation was fine and the price was good.
