the battery was aefficiently done without any disruption the installers were very well done.the site was cleaned with all debris being cleaned up i was happy with the word done.

process was quick the technicians were in and out in about 2.5hours. Batteries are fitted neat and tidy in a tamper proof box on my outside wall and I can see at a glance on my phone that i'm not drawing any power from the grid. FREE electricity!!

The battery installation was efficiently done without any disruption. The installers were very courteous and explained the process very well. The site was cleaned with all debris being removed. It was a pleasure to deal with Solar Service Group. The App is extremely detailed and allows us to organise the use of appliances at the optimum time. We only use power from the grid early morning, or overnight if we need to run the air conditioner. Although we use a lot of power hungry appliances, we still manage to feed some back to the grid on sunny days.

The installation process went smoothly. The initial date set for installation didn't happen but I was notified of the date change with plenty of time, and everything went according to plan.

We are very happy with Solar Service Group and did not experience any problems

The technician who did the installation was very professional and competent with a
good sense of humour.He explained the process of installing the battery to us and

I am so happy with the Battery Installation, the process went very well. The installation team was very informative and very professional. They left no mess to clean up and they were very pleasant. Said it was a trial and would cease on a certain date, but still said the so called special was available to me after trial date had finished. Battery storage of 3kw was so small on investigation that its usefullness is limited - lasts less than an hour after solar panels cease operation. Found 13.5kw Telsa battery had better Options and was better value. Adding Extra 6kw to Hive System still doesn't achieve same amount of storage for same price - In fact its more expensive than Telsa with 4kw less storage. Thought about adding extra 6kw Hive battery but think selling Hive System at a loss then buying Telsa might be best approach.

Excellent installation. Friendly and helpful guy, his name was Josh. Checked our existing solar and let us know it was working efficiently. Explained what to look for on the equipment he mounted on the wall.

I reported issues with the batteries a few weeks ago. They sent technicians who made the problem worse. Several weeks later and theres been no attempt to fix the issues. Terrible after sales service
