We use our spa several times a week, all year round. It is easy to maintain as we take samples to pool werx every couple of weeks for testing and just top up the required chemicals. It’s a great spa and our 2 young kids thoroughly enjoy it too ❤️

We've had our Spa for 3 weeks,been using it most days, we are off grid & we are so pleased that it works so well on our solar system.The service we recieved once our issue was resolved with our purchase was great. Tui Joblin was wonderful to deal with.
Easy to set up and maintain we love using our spa at night even on the colder nights the whole family enjoys it.it’s large enough for all to enjoy or relax

Wish we only had it earlier so we could have enjoyed it more during lockdown. Great for entertaining & relaxing.
We use it on average 3-5 times a week for our family of 5. The kids enjoy getting in after their sport & us adults after a long day at work.

Had heating problems it has never worked properly a real lemon. No after service we have been waiting so long no one has come to look at it. Purchased last Christmas had problems straight away still not working for the kids this Christmas. Since reading these reviews I wish I had done my homework there are a lot of unhappy customers including my 8 grandchildren. Do the right thing Spa Direct service your customers instead of sweeping complaints under the carpet. Would never buy from this company again.

Within a month of purchasing the spa the radio and lights failed and the only way to turn it off was at the mains. Have put in warranty claims, contacted them but nothing 9 months latter.

Two weeks before Xmas (2021) I decided to buy a spa. John from Spas Direct went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the spa I wanted before Xmas. The service I received from Spas Direct was excellent, I am a very happy customer.

Ordered a spa, they messed up my order - no one followed up on my order until I contacted the delivery guy 2 weeks after I paid for it. To get a slap in the face they had a promotion the same day for free metro delivery and would not honour it despite the fact that I haven’t even got my spa delivered due to their stuff and system issues.
Was so looking forward to having a spa. But would not recommend this company you have to arrange delivery which can end up very expensive. Also dealing with customs in NZ. It arrives and put roughly where you want it but has a mountain of packaging. Phoned up to simply ask which side or where is the plug chord. Told they would ring me back. Too late as diver had left. So now having a mountain of packaging find it is put the wrong way around and now can’t reach the plug. No after care service!

The spa is always clean from the ozone control and keeps the heat well and is good with electricity. Great purchase. The kids love it and the spa covers are easy to remove by yourself.

I have used it every day, it is easy to maintain & quality time spent off devices with my family. The recliner seat is the favouite with amazing jets. We have named our spa Benny Jet.

Ordered swim spa for pleasure and partial investment at a brilliant price.
All information during the purchase including lead times were spot on. Have no issue with customer service as they do get back with the questions needing answering.
My experience was faultless and quite a pleasant surprise
We use our spa bath a minimum of 4 days a week. Just add the required product on a weekly basis to maintain the spa. It takes 5 minutes. Super glad we bought this. It's given us extra family time and friends have come over to enjoy as well. Love it!

I use my spa weekly due to work during winter and summer and it's super easy to use and maintain once set up. Its just what i need after 12 hours on my feet.

We use our spa 2/3 a week, sometimes a family or as a couple to chill when the kids are in bed.
It is very easy to maintain and takes maybe 5mins a week to complete.

We use our spa at least 5 days a week. It makes a huge difference to our backs and when we have an evening spa we sleep so much better. Lots of fun and total enjoyment. With great thanks to Spas Direct, we ticked this one of our bucket list.

We love the lights, the speakers as well as the waterfall. Without a doubt it was the best choice to choose spas direct!
We use it everyday the kids love it and so do us big kids, and we have found the filter and cleaning very easy to do even when we are not at home!

We use our spa everyday and every night. It is so beautiful to lay in it and look up at the stars. Free massage from the jets and a renewed energy when we get out. Kids love it to play in. We love it it relax in. Little chemicals needed, fantastic buy.

The Byron bay platinum from spas direct is perfect for a small family, and price beat all others delivery is extra $$ to the verge which I found frustrating and was more $$ to get them to put in place in the garden, so hopefully you can collect from the store. I find the manual difficult to understand very general having never had a spa before. I still can’t figure out how to change the filter or how to play music through the Bluetooth app/ speakers and if I’ve set it correctly so I need to pay someone to come and teach me how to use it properly to get the best out of it. You might be tech savvy so it could be easier for you

We were looking at a few different spa companies. Spas Direct stood out every time. We bought our spa and were using it 3 weeks later. We're in Tasmania so we have our temperature set on 37c during winter and spring. It's so easy to set your preferred temp. I add about a teaspoon of chlorine, rinse the filter and give it a wipe once a week. We use it about 5 days a week. The 2 lounge seats with all the jets relax you so much. I don't think we would handle not having our spa. Buy one and you'll never look back.
