Every day where possible and so easy to maintain. Went straight to the pool and spa shop and bought the chemicals. We have a spa then a sauna which helps us totally relax before bed.

Very quick to take your money

They are very quick to take your money and not contact you for weeks, dont answer online chat, phones or emails once they have your money. Filter these reviews with "offered a reward" set to no and you will see the real reputation of this company SO MANY PAID REVIEWS!!! I Wish I found this out first. Unsure if I have been scammed or not at this stage

We purchased the Venus 5 seater. This beauty has been our Saviour after a long week in the meat works, it’ soothes the muscles ready for a new week . We spa twice every weekend. During holidays we practically live in it Our grandson just loves it. We love the low Maintenance of keeping our spa clean, emptying and filling is a breeze. We’ve had our spa for around a year. The Best thing we’ve ever bought Thank you spas direct. Highly recommend this product.

Perfect for a small area

I recently downsized and moved to a place with a tiny yard, and had to leave my large spa behind. I purchased the “Solo Deluxe Spa” and couldn’t be happier.
It fits so well into my little yard and is very economical to run.
It’s all the comfort and luxury of a large spa without taking up much room. Heaps of jets, blowers, speaker, lights etc. The hard cover retains heat so well and really copes with the Canberra winters. It really surprised me with how little power it uses.
Although it a “Solo”, and is so luxurious, two people do fit for a nice relax.
I use it every day! Spas direct were really easy to deal with. Thanks so much.

Spa is fairly easy to maintain.
It’s used on average once or twice a fortnight.
To keep spa running continuously which is suggested, I haven’t quite worked out the right setting to run it cost effectively.

Extremely disappointing with the quality of the product and after sales service. I bought a spa from Spas Direct and paid in full, it was delivered on 28 Mayember 2018, it looked fine after delivery, as it was Christmas time, we only used the spa a couple of times, on 28 December 2018 i noticed a crack in the acrylic, i toke photos and told them straight away, they told me to put in an online warranty claim, i did. After 3.5 months of chase up phone calls and emails telling me that they are getting quotes and will fix it. On 4 April 2018 i wrote a letter to the company and Fair Trading Queensland, Kylie emailed back 22 minutes later stating i should have notified them within 24 hours if there was a problem and they will not be fixing it, however their website states 8 year acrylic warranty. I hope everyone out there does not get treated the way we did. Prill - NSW

Hi, We have had the same problem you have both had - Kylie has been promising that we will get our side panels fixed - been over 1 year and now emails are bouncing back and no response from telephone messages. Extremely back COMPANY to deal with and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE..

Hi I have the coral deluxe spa about 1 year old with the Balboa VL260 control pad just recently when using the jets stop for about 5 mins then come back on this happens after pressing panel about 3 to four times as it is on 15min cut off. can you advise what this could be as no error code on panel.
