bought the delux california would give this spa 5/5 but unfortunately it has 1 big down fall all shoulder jets are non adjustable even on low setting it is to much had to change out all shoulder jets through a different company as spa’s direct did not want to help. photo is after jets were replaced much better not spraying my walls now

Quite often easy to clean great value very relaxing after a hard day at work, good for socialising with friends and family, good having a spa to use all year round.

We’ve been in the spa pretty much every day since it was delivered, really easy maintenance, delivery was really quick and the spa is easy to use, the whole family love it, it’s great to use after a work out or a busy day

We use our spa 3/4 times a week it’s great value for money and easy to keep warm and clean. Kids love it in the day we love it at night!

Spas Direct offered excellent value for money, so much so that at first we were a little sceptical thinking 'what's wrong, why so cheap? We purchased a spa for delivery to coincide with the keys to our new build, delivery was timely and setup was simple. We did however have a small issue with the spa resetting and restarting itself regularly. The Spas Direct tech guys were helpful, ordered a replacement part for delivery and a tech to install. These things happen and was rectified without fuss. We have enjoyed a great spa ever since, and it has proved to be a lifesaver during the COVID lockdown period. Thanks guys.

Enjoying using our spa at lest a couple of times a week and more on weekends
It has been easy to set up and just trying to get the chemical balance right in the beginning but have mastered this now, as it is different to our pool

We looked around a lot of places before purchasing our spa as we wanted the complete package the guys at spa direct Perth made that happen professional easy to deal with thru the whole process cheers

The spa is enjoyed by the whole family and us used regularly. Very easy to maintain and keep clean. Pricing was great. Such an enjoyable way to end a long day.

We try to get in at least once a week but was definitely more often in the school holidays. It's easy to maintain though I had to Google what the different filter and heater modes meant because I couldn't make heads or tails of this in the manual.

We use it 1-2 times per week in cooler months and 3-4 times per week during warmer months. Is so easy to maintain, just test the water with a test strip and add chemicals to suit.

We love our spa, it gets used most weekends, so relaxing and just perfect to end a hard working week! So easy to maintain and definitely great value for money.

We purchased the Molokai deluxe spa about 2 months ago and asked for delivery 3 weeks later.
Spa was delivered on time, in perfect condition and works great.
We use it all the time and so far have not had any issues.

I love my spa and it was a pleasure dealing with Muftah and his team. He arranged to deliver to Bunbury from Perth on my day off. The spa was great value and our family is very much enjoying the spa. I would highly recommend Spa direct as they offer a great product for a great price.

Was talked into a spa and did zippay. Then was told I would have to wait upto 16weeks for delivery, couldn’t pull out as zippay had already cleared.
Then waited and waited over 5weeks during the hottest time. Whole reason we bought it was for the peak summer.. cost a fortune for delivery..
called head office few times and explained and they said we will sort it. But never called back. Head office customer service is crap.

Love my spa. Either cooling down on a hot day or relaxing in the evening. So easy to maintain and Mufta has been great. Prompt delivery and walking me thru the set up. Awesome thanks Mufta and spa direct.

We made the decision to invest in a hydro therapy spa from spa's direct. The service we recieved was second to none. Thank you to Muftah for his attention to detail and making it such.an easy and hassel free purchase. With little to no maintainence for the amount of use. We get to spend more time enjoying our spa.
