Our build was well managed and finished ahead of schedule. The support we received from the patient friendly staff at Status was beyond reproach, they were always there to help settle my nerves through out the whole process of building our first home. The workmanship and the cleanliness of the site was impressive, we were able to access our home through all stages of the build and could give feedback and ask questions to our Liason. All in all Staus have given us the opportunity to live in a top quality home while staying with in the pricing we agreed to at the beginning of our contract.

The staff at Status Residential were so attentive during the whole building process. Any questions were answered promptly. The quality of the home was way above expectations and you can really tell the difference between our home and others built by other companies. There were no unexpected variances in cost, what we signed was what we got. Any issues post construction were handled efficiently and they genuinely cared about how we felt about our new home.
