John McGrath always says that he saw a gap in the Sydney market for real estate agents who simply were professional; returning calls, being polite, not under-quoting to buyers or over-quoting to vendors, and so on. Sandra Is a very courteous and extremely professional Strata Manager. She deals with any problem that may arise speedily and efficiently backed up by Raeleen Marsh in Repairs and Maintenance.

We have been consistently unimpressed with STM in the past, however, in the last couple of years I have seen there has potentially been a change happening, with more quality staff coming on board.
We are so grateful to now have Hira as our manager, and absolutely hope she will stay as she actually responds to our emails, and efficiently, follows through on what we ask, (sharp contrast to what has been).

Overall she consistently provides quality, thorough, intelligent service.
