Visited Jindalee Qld store a couple of weeks ago after experiencing problems with my Gator dashcam. Spoke with Nick and after he had spent considerable time endeavouring to rectify the GPS recording it was decided to return the device to Gator. Upon return we were still no better off, so Nick swapped it for another Gator (different model). Nick spent a further half hour explaining the operation of the camera.
I could not have asked for better assistance, and I must say that Nick is extremely professional, knowledgable, and helpful . he would be an asset to any employer. Supercheap you are very fortunate to have Nick in your employment. It would be very remiss of me not to express my appreciation to all staff members at Jindalee.

I walked in and out within ten minutes with everything I had needed to be done, done.

Michael from the Sandown store was very polite and well mannered. Did his job with a smile and did the extra 1%’s without being asked.

I ordered shock absorbers online according to the recommended ones (they use your car rego to make sure the parts are for you SPECIFIC car).

The shocks arrived the next day!!!

Unfortunately after I put them on I noticed the car was 2 inches lower. I rechecked the web site and the ones i got where definitely 'the right ones' according to their database?

I went up to the local store (Hoppers Crossing Old Geelong Road) and they where really helpful.

They ordered in the right ones and gave them to me at the same price.

Very helpful - it was a nice experience. Well ..... except for having to take the shocks off twice.

I needed a car battery charger so popped along to the Ellenbrook branch; great selection of stock and made my pick. At the till I was offered the loyalty card at a cost of $5, I rolled my eyes but was advised would get $10 in credit and any price difference if the product went down in price. I plumped for it and one week later got a 1/4 plus some of my purchase price on the car battery charger back as it went on sale.

Very poor customer service. Staff member very reluctant to mix paints, told me to go to Lonsdale, he wouldnr work for me. He turned away a loyal customer. I will never go back and use them

I visited the Port Adelaide store on Sunday (21/7/19) arvo to buy some oil and the 2 pretty young girls on duty were very friendly and helpful, especially seeing it was close to closing time. I have previously had a really bad experience with the Para Hills store a few years ago and haven't been to a Supercheap since but since moving, thought I would give the Port Adelaide store a try and haven't been disappointed in the dozen or so times I have been there.

Waited ten minutes for salesman to finish with customer. Ask the sales to help me. Took him to what I wanted. He then served another customer and ignored me. I will never go to supercheap again and will drive the extra ten minutes to actually get the service I deserve.

Bought Permatex Windshield Repair from Supercheap Auto Wodonga, and despite following instructions exactly, using the kit resulted in an extensive crack rendering the windscreen unroadworthy. Supercheap took no responsibility for their product, and instead fobbed me off to the manufacturer which also took no responsibility. I've lost faith in Supercheap Auto, and their commitment to standing behind their products.

Trying to find wiper blade refills was a joke. Only 1 guy on the floor and about 5 customers waiting. Peak hour on a Thursday night. Approached the counter and was sold an entire blade unit that didn't fit my car. They advised they couldn't fit it as they didn't have the staff available. Took it back and was insultingly asked if I knew how to install it. Yes, that's how I knew it was the wrong one. They were good about a refund, and then sold me the wrong refills. I'd rather lose the money than go back there. Will go on ebay.

Today I visited Suprcheap Auto at Keysborough Victoria in Cheltenham Road. I am very happy, and recommend anyone to go there. I had the rubber refills replaced on my front wiper blades and the driver's side headlight replaced. The headlight replacement is a difficult job on my 1996 Mazda 323 hatchback. The staff, Stuart and Josie, are friendly and helpful. Fitment cost of wiper rubbers was only $5, and fitment cost of headlight bulb was $10.

Bought a battery with 3 year warranty, professionally installed by Supercheap Darlington. Battery has failed 2 years in with 2 reports from RAA Approved mechanics (one independent report paid for under RAA membership and one from dealership). Despite these reports Supercheap refuse this evidence initially. Contacted head-office and battery successfully replaced under warranty.

The battery terminals that I bought from SCA was of poor quality. It broke when I was attaching it on the battery. I bought it, assuming that it was good, as it stated on the packaging that the quality was guaranteed. The packaging was deceiving. Total waste of money.

Warilla NSW, 9am store still not open, ( should open 0830) 6 customers waiting, then staff member comes out and puts notice on door, “will open when we can, “ i call head office and complain,
i say to 6 customers Autobarn just up road, lets go there, we all leave
useless service cannot even run a store,,!,

A big thanks to the wonderful young man from Earlville Cairns store, for going above and beyond for me On Sunday 14/4/19. Needed a bulb for blinker but could not get the cover off, he came out showed me how to do it for future reference and then proceeded to do it for me. Even offered to assist me getting my wheelchair back into car. Not the first time I have had great staff interaction and great customer service.. Well done all..

I brought touch up paint for my car which is zero percentage match to original. Why Supercheap Auto sell thought product which doesn't satisfied customers, it only giving false information. Even I go back to talk regarding out come of product used but staff who sold this product didn't accept there mistake..... even I try what they explained three layer coat but still no match to original color. Through My friend help I got touch up online which is around 95% matching to original. .. only visible scratch mark if we go closer.....

Also price are higher than other shop.... I brought car wash shampoo half price in BigW, Kmart........

Noted that Autobarn had a Gator dash cam on sale at $169. I also noted that Supercheap had what appeared to be an identical unit for $199. Shop quite a bit at Supercheap so I though I would give them a price match opportunity. But no luck "it is not the same" was the retort then they just moved on to another customer who had interrupted the exchange . The whole ethos of the experience was that they had no inclination for a match and I had the feeling I had no right to seek one. So on to Autobarn where I should have gone first and will go in future.
