Went in store to buy a welder. Extremely busy in there with not enough staff members which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Chris the English man served me, he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. After shocking customer service last year there I almost didn’t go back. So happy with my welder and the kit. Thank you Chris.

I ordered an Ego blower at Brookvale Sydney Tools.
Brookvale Sydney Tools did not have the blower in stock and was to send it out.
Opened the package and I thought it was incorrect when I saw the top of a red box. It was Milwaukee.
As I didn’t want to void a Milwaukee warranty, I contacted Sydney Tools. I was told that they didn’t have a Ego box. Most brand new items come in unopened boxes. A opened box usually indicates a demo or shelf model which are usually cheaper.
I should have been told about the item before it was delivered

Bought 2 workbench trolleys worth over $3000 plus $320+ for shipping, from Sydney Tools Caroline Springs on Monday 7th Feb. We asked when they do delivery, they said either Tuesday or Wednesday, we informed the seller Deakin very clearly that we won’t be home on Tuesday after 1pm, best to deliver on Wednesday, he doesn’t listen or something, just saying “don’t worry we will call you 2 hours timeframe to let you know”.

I have heard so many bad things about this shop that I was really worried about buying from them, but I decided to try because they are cheap and they have a lot of quality tools, usually in stock.
I approached them with low expectations. Always did my research before arriving so I knew what I wanted. Called ahead to check stock. Did not expect "service with a smile" or useful advice. Read more my hand on my wallet to make sure it wasn't stolen. It is now several years later and I have bought a bunch of tools from them. Never had a serious problem. Ordered some 3M respirator for work in times of pandemic shortages.
Make a cash purchase, said ready on Monday, and they'll call.
They had called on Monday, pickup on Tuesday.
Easy transaction, no issues what so ever, and Item as described.
However, the reason for 4 star is that i suspect they repackaged it to make an extra buck in times of shortage, that is they repackaged the 10 masks per pack into 2 masks per pack.

Hi, I realize I am risking prosecution contacting you, but as I am more than willing to really engage the Police this time in a way that makes the news, may I ask how your hierarchy is going with their investigation considering your receptionist told me they would be back to me within a day, this was about one month ago. I know I haven't forgotten.
In my case they have agreed to refund me the total amount spent. I simply never received the goods ordered online. Their service centre takes sometime to resolve issues it would seem.
So they should refund you, one of their receptionists remarked to me that big companies like them put profit before people. That's saying something. But no way am I going to let them get away with ...
