So happy we found the Comfort shop, after weeks of looking at recliner chairs. Courteous & knowledgeable sales staff, good range, colours, and prices plus a great discount on the chair we liked. No waiting for 8-12 weeks-chairs were delivered, (free) within 10 days.

I came in looking to replace my ageing bed base and end buying the visco mattress to go with it. I get a good nights sleep with better lumbar support and like the adjustable base so I can elevate the head end. I got great service and good delivery

I ordered over the phone. The Manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. Communication, delivery and service all excellent.

Great store with wonderful staff. The products are different and exceptional value. The delivery and installation was seamless. All rubbish was taken and the installation were courtesy and very professional.

Not only a really comfortable chair but a great in shop experience...the assistant( Ben Cavanagh) was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and gave us as much time as we needed to make up our mind!

Bought my first mattress from The Comfort Shop around 12 years ago happy to go back and replace in 2022. Good staff, good service, suspect I will be back again in around 2032.

We were on our way to a different store when The Comfort Shops terrific display caught our eye. When I sat on the black leather chair I knew it was the one for me.

From the moment we walked into the store we had the full and undivided attention of Brad Daley the store manager. He was able to ask the right questions and point out the benefits of the various bed and mattress options. Brad was able to schedule a delivery date that met our needs and the delivery crew arrived on time.
We had one minor incident where the delivery truck accidentally damaged a neighbours fence gate assembly due to the narrow street, however Brad was able to follow this up and has put in place a repair schedule.

We are pleased with the bed / mattress and side tables and would recommend this product to others. Overall, well done.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took a long time to receive my item. There was a hold up with the overseas supplier which was frustrating, however the staff at The Comfort Shop were very professional and accommodating through the whole process. Finally received our footstool and they delivered it for free to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy with the product.

My wife has been using an Ergo electric bed for the last 3 years and I decided I would like one as well. Went to the easy to use website and emailed a couple of questions. Very prompt response provided with an attached quotation which looked good to me so I placed an order and paid by direct credit. Did not receive any acknowledgement of my payment so I phoned to check receipt (this is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars) which was then confirmed. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call regarding a delivery date which was only 4 days away. Bed delivered and installed on time and delivery persons were quick and friendly. This is the third time I have purchased products from The Comfort Shop and I highly recommend them.

The store invites one to come in and look around. There are many products on display and we were encouraged to sit in and feel the comfort of as many chairs as we wished. When we decided, purchase and delivery were easily arranged.

The product is superb and the staff service matched. Product knowledge, clear and accurate communication, consideration and care. Delivery as agreed, installation perfect. I would recommend Comfort Products without reservation.

Great experience. We purchased the Sports Latex Mattress and are very happy. Brad Daley was absolutely fantastic, very pleasing to deal with and has excellent product knowledge (unlike some stores we visited). Delivery experience was excellent. We initially needed to replace a slat base within a timber bed frame. We also needed a new mattress. We were delighted the new fitted in the old with no issues. The staff were extremely helpful and installation took moments. We have since bought a second free standing bed again it was hassle free.
