The sales guy Craig was so helpful and knowledgeable to guide us the right products for our needs. We could have free delivery and installation from them within two weeks (it could've been earlier if we chose another mattress) and those two delivery guys were so polite and efficient to put our two single beds together within a half hour. They also took all the packing materials away so we didn't have to clean up at all. We felt a difference from the first night and we are so happy to sleep better since then. It's adjustable softness of the frame so it is very helpful for me, especially with occasional back pain. I am so glad that I finally found a great bed to sleep on.

Dealing with The Comfort Shop mainly by phone and email from Orange NSW, I found the staff to be responsive, efficient and warm communicators. Any queries were responded to swiftly and effectively, deadlines were met and the delivered product, a Penelope wall-bed with sofa, is a superb product. Quality of product(s) I bought have always been good.

We chose a Comfort Visco mattress on a oak base after a recommendation from our osteopath.
I initially spoke to a staff member by email and phone and then visited the Moore PARK STORE ON THEIR RECOMMENDATION to come and try.
I liked the fact they let us try the bed for 10 minutes on our own and answered any questions we had.

We shopped in store on a friend's recommendation. We ended up buying two recliners and a folding bed. The range, quality and service were excellent. We went away believing we had saved money.

My husband and I drove from the south coast in the hope to purchase a new king size bed. Store manager Brad Daley was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting our needs. Thanks once again!

This purchase was my 7th order of the italian slatted bed basewith the latex mattresses. All my children had them and when they moved out of home, took their beds with them, so I've had to replace their beds!

Very helpful sales assistance and all accomplished quickly and very personably... got the right solution for us and installed it all looks great and works very well. No problem for us to be a bit late in installing from initial purchase and everything done conveniently and well. Quality all around.

I purchased the Ergo electric bed base with Celina bed surround. I have suffered with a bad back for many years and within just a few days the pain was gone. The back support of this bed is fantastic and the electric lift is just another bonus. Brad from the Comfort Shop in Moore Park was very helpful and the assembly was completed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend the Comfort Shop for quality and comfort products.

We bought a bed and mattress in the store and found the salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. We are really happy with the bed, it's very comfortable. My only disappointment was that I wanted the bed in wenge colour but was told it only came in natural beech colour. However, on your website, the bed we bought is shown in wenge.

We purchased the Forza King Bed Base and the quality is outstanding. It’s made a huge difference to our quality of sleep. The service was also outstanding from the Comfort Shop. The delivery guys were kind enough to take the base upstairs, assemble it and remove the cardboard which was awesome.

Purchase was made in-store at Moore Park and Craig was incredibly helpful, getting me a great deal on floor stock and arranging for me to store the unit at the warehouse for over a month until the space was ready for installation.
Alan (Master Design), who handled the delivery and installation, was punctual, very friendly and did a great job installing the bed in a tight space.
Would definitely recommend the Comfort Shop and Alan.
