Excellent quality & heaven to sleep on. I love the head rest option to elevate my body if Im having a day where my back needs to be upright to fall asleep. Really easy to assemble. Salesperson I dealt with was very helpful & knowledgeable about the products.My recent purchase was online( covid restrictions) & she answered all my questions so I could make the right decision. Its my 2nd purchase of a bed at The comfort shop & they didn't disappoint.

I wasn't able to travel to one of the show rooms, but experienced excellent customer service by online chat, phone and email. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Even the delivery went smoothly, with plenty of notification and clear communication.
As for the chair -- fabulous. Super comfortable, stylish, great quality.

The store is bright and well laid out, with a good variety of items on display.
The chair I bought is ideal - it is comfortable and offers a range of settings for each moving part. the motorised version is perfect and I spend as much time as possible in it.
I was disappointed in the colour. I had reservations about the colour swatch but was assured that when made up it would be the colour of a sofa in the store, but it isn't.

Needed help altering a king sized bed bought many years ago from the Comfort Shop and still working perfectly. Found out the bed could be divided into 2 king singles which was just what we needed. The representative at Moore Park was friendly and helpful and the job was done quickly. Great service.

In store customer service was lovely. Very informative, helpful and pleasant.

I came in looking to replace my ageing bed base and end buying the visco mattress to go with it. I get a good nights sleep with better lumbar support and like the adjustable base so I can elevate the head end. I got great service and good delivery

Great store with wonderful staff. The products are different and exceptional value. The delivery and installation was seamless. All rubbish was taken and the installation were courtesy and very professional.

Not only a really comfortable chair but a great in shop experience...the assistant( Ben Cavanagh) was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and gave us as much time as we needed to make up our mind!

Bought my first mattress from The Comfort Shop around 12 years ago happy to go back and replace in 2022. Good staff, good service, suspect I will be back again in around 2032.

The store was very easy to navigate. Had the help of Brad & Craig at Moore Park. The product range was good, gave us a good choice, we didn't know what we exactly wanted when we first walked into the store. The quality of the product has been good so far. Have had guests already who say they had a comfortable nights sleep. One thing negative was both guests were tall and said that there feet hung out of the end of the bed. They didn't complain though,
No way would you attempt to assemble 17 boxes worth. The installation measurements were ...

We were on our way to a different store when The Comfort Shops terrific display caught our eye. When I sat on the black leather chair I knew it was the one for me.

From the moment we walked into the store we had the full and undivided attention of Brad Daley the store manager. He was able to ask the right questions and point out the benefits of the various bed and mattress options. Brad was able to schedule a delivery date that met our needs and the delivery crew arrived on time.
We had one minor incident where the delivery truck accidentally damaged a neighbours fence gate assembly due to the narrow street, however Brad was able to follow this up and has put in place a repair schedule.

We are pleased with the bed / mattress and side tables and would recommend this product to others. Overall, well done.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took a long time to receive my item. There was a hold up with the overseas supplier which was frustrating, however the staff at The Comfort Shop were very professional and accommodating through the whole process. Finally received our footstool and they delivered it for free to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy with the product.

My wife has been using an Ergo electric bed for the last 3 years and I decided I would like one as well. Went to the easy to use website and emailed a couple of questions. Very prompt response provided with an attached quotation which looked good to me so I placed an order and paid by direct credit. Did not receive any acknowledgement of my payment so I phoned to check receipt (this is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars) which was then confirmed. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call regarding a delivery date which was only 4 days away. Bed delivered and installed on time and delivery persons were quick and friendly. This is the third time I have purchased products from The Comfort Shop and I highly recommend them.

The store invites one to come in and look around. There are many products on display and we were encouraged to sit in and feel the comfort of as many chairs as we wished. When we decided, purchase and delivery were easily arranged.

The product is superb and the staff service matched. Product knowledge, clear and accurate communication, consideration and care. Delivery as agreed, installation perfect. I would recommend Comfort Products without reservation.

Great experience. We purchased the Sports Latex Mattress and are very happy. Brad Daley was absolutely fantastic, very pleasing to deal with and has excellent product knowledge (unlike some stores we visited). Delivery experience was excellent.
