Service Technician was great and explained what the issue was and its likely cause with my laptop. He was able to reinstall everything back to original form and as a result my laptop is operating at a faster speed.
I am very happy with the service I have received from PC Doctor and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others. Thanks Deepesh...you are a lifesaver!

I call the PC Doctor for a quotation. I told them I have purchased a genuine keypad for my computer and wanted a quote to fit it. They responded by telling me that they have to order the parts for the computer and can not install my genuine part. Which is ridicules and outright poor service.
They say they are experienced technicians, if so why can't they quote a fixed price for such a simple repair.

Had my PC fixed by remote found it was effective for what i needed good customer service easy to follow efficient and helpful would recommend. Happy with the service from when you very first speak to someone at The Original PC Doctor to the end on completion.

Staff were efficient and very understanding in explaining problems, solutions and alternatives. Job was completed during lockdown however were able to get everything back to us in a short time frame. Will definitely use PCDoctors again if need arises.

The technician fully understood my problem and went about his business without fuss or bother. I can’t speak highly enough of technician. Polite, courteous, very knowledgeable. I would request this technician for any future job requests.

Excellent service, Jay was delayed but rang to advise me of this and arrived at the new appointment time.
He explained in understandable (for an 80 YO) what the problem was and how it would be fixed.
He also sorted a few small problems that I had been grappling with. This is the second time I have had dealings with Jay and have been very happy with the service he provided.

The problem of connecting a new printer to our old computer was expertly solved by Nirsham the technician. He also ensured that the latest software updates were installed and provided some additional advice on how best to use the new printer.

Service provided within one business day of request. Call-backs and service were delivered on-time, as advised. Service provided was cost effective and efficient, with clear explanations provided. Technician was receptive to discussion on root cause and next steps to resolve.

On installing the modem of a different Inet. provider, neither of my two printers (HP and Epson) continued to work. None of the 'Troubleshoot' recommendations by either Windows and, especially by HP, were of any help to me. Edward, with patience and cunning made both printers purr again in 35 minutes, thereby ending my hours of frustration. I am grateful; worth the fee.

I called the Original PC Doctor on Monday evening and my wifi network issues were all sorted by Tuesday lunchtime. Friendly, efficient and effective service. Thanks, Edward, for your expertise :)

The person called kathy sounded really impatient and aggressive when calling while I was so patient to look for details she need, and it was quick. Did not contact within 30 minutes either and just not worth my time to contact with.

After trying to tackle a software problem ourselves with no luck, I contacted The Original PC Doctor and made a booking with them over the phone. The booking was straightforward with a date and time locked in. We were given the name of the person who would be visiting and he got in touch with men the day to let me know what time to expect him after leaving his last job.
The service technician was friendly and explained what he was doing, and didn't try and stretch out the time spent on the job. The problem was sorted and he checked everything was all was good before he left. Really happy with this service!

Further to my earlier review regarding my interactions with The Original PC Doctor - I would like to add an update. Whilst they did not fix the problem they did apologise and offered me some monetary compensation for damaging my computer.

cleaned up the system and got all other devices connected correctly was very impressed with the short time it took and his prompt service did not try to sell unwanted extras would recommend 100%

After spending 3 hours on the phone to Telstra to fix my internet we still could not solve the problem.So I called PC Doctor and James arrived promptly and within 15 minutes we had wi-fi!!! He was very knowledgable.I highly recommend James.

Was able to handle any computer issue thrown at James. He was Professional, Prompt and Extremely Knowledgeable. I would highly recommend James for any computer issues you might be experiencing.

Rang one evening with computer problems. Appointment made for 10.30 next morning. Guy apologised when late (10 mins!!) and was very professional and helpful. This is the 4th time I've used PC Doctor. Am happy with their service and will use again if/when need arises.
