rubbish not recommended at all
still waiting on delivery from last 5 days, where the depot is 5 mnutes away from my delivery location, everyday some new excuse, what kind of service it is, rather shut it down, i will not recomend any one to use this rubbish serivce

The parcel delay about 2 weeks, still didn't receive any update
The parcel has been picked on time, but since 6th of Feb, the parcel has not sent to my customer and I am charged twice and they said they will ask courier investigate, still didn't hear anything back since that day.

Purchased a new dress on a recent holiday to Melbourne and left it in the hotel wardrobe. Booked the parcel in on the 28/01 to be picked up on 29/1 and ten days later the hotel contacted to say it had not been picked up. Transdirect advised that they do not have a record of parcels not picked up and had to rebook. Hopelessly run business. Never again.

Hit and Miss
When it comes to freight consolidating, Its very easy with Transdirect. But when things do go south, Its very hard for them to get things fixed. I sent a box on 8th Dec and still to this day (18/2/20) it hasnt been delivered to my customer or been returned to me. I've constantly contacted Transdirect who asked me to pay extra for a return and yet here I am, Without my box with my products. Time to look at other options.

Best service ever
Booking with Transdirect was one of my best experience ever. The booking page was very simple straightforward, and payment and printing labels also was quick and just the way it should be. The price was also the lowest ever I could find online.

If I could give less then 1 star I would!!!!
1/2 my package arrived damaged!!!! And the other 1/2 is missing!!!! They are less than helpful, I would highly recommend not using them!!!!! the missing part of the package has the address and phone number on it even if they got separated you would think it would make it to its location or that someone would call!!!

Didn't pick it up 8 times! Then lost the Delivery. Just terrible.
Sorry - but if I could give less than 1 star I would.
I booked and re-booked my freight delivery 8 times!! They kept just not showing up! What was to be a Christmas gift for my Mum (A 25kg bag of Espom Salts) was meant to be delivered mid Dec. I was still trying to book it in late January.
When they finally DID pick it up - they lost the parcel within a day.
Warranty then said as it was under $100.00 value - they would not cover me for the loss. (see screen shot below).
HOW does a business operate like this?
I never write bad reviews - but this experience was SO bad - I had to.
The customer service woman is nice - but the rest of the process?
Not showing up 8 times!
Then loosing the item??

... Funnily enough it's just been found. It has turned up in Perth W.A. at a persons home I cancelled a freight delivery to.

Awesome company with great customer service
I've used this company multiple times now and item has always been picked up and delivered on time with package in perfect condition with great customer service and tracking info has been spot on every time I have recommended this company to many people and will continue to do so and if u do have any questions or concerns they respond to you quickly.
I was not offered anything at all for this review I'm doing this to help other's out so if u can't find a reliable delivery company that puts customers first look no further.

If I could rate a zero then I would do so. This is a shocking company who cannot handle their freight properly. Firstly my $2,500 coffee machine was booked on a 1 day delivery, it ended up taking 6 days... it was then delivered to an incorrect address and I found it after many hours of emailing and calling both them and TNT - don't expect a quick response from these people! Hi Transdirect, I've been waiting for a month now for a product I purchased from Brisbane, which was sent by the seller via Transdirect. I have contacted Transdirect, and your courier Fastway numerous times to get the product delivered without success. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and after a month's wait, I have never received the item. I was told by Transdirect a few times that I will be sent an update after following up with their courier but that never happened.

Hope to find you here because I cannot find your email support anywhere on Internet.
I have recieved email about "Under declared collection notification" about weight of package I sent via Transdirect.
I did weight 2 cartons (1 big and 1 small) as the size I declared about 38 kg.
And After the consignment was inspected, weighed and cubed by the Carrier, the corrected information is a Charged Weight of 89Kg.
It is unbelievable weight for 2 big cases and 3 small cases Dell which I won from auction. I can provide detail of items if you want. I would like to ask you send me any proof that you did re-weight the package then charging me $113 more directly in my account.

Not sure why you're asking me Bernie - I was the customer of Transdirect?? I'm not connected to the company so I can't answer your question.
One time out of the last 100+ times we've used them we've had a pick up didn't happen.
10 days after multiple follow-ups, and still no pick up.
Their final explanation was "no driver services that area", but I knew that to be false.
In the end, I left it / let the deal fall through.
