We are about to start our build with True Value Homes and to this point we have had an amazing experience. John, Natalie, Lisa and Tina have all been more than helpful, from designing, picking colours and contract signing. Lisa was even able to find us a brick that we really wanted and compromised on price.

Thank you for such a positive experience in the building of our new home with TVH. We are very happy with the quality of the fittings and the workmanship in both interior and exterior of our home. We were impressed with how smoothly the build was managed. We felt informed at all times and the weekly update was very useful. The final cost and completion date was as expected. A small family run business who have been fantastic to deal with. After speaking to various companies in the initial stages we found that TVH offered very competitive prices compared to a lot of the big volume builders. Their customer service is outstanding - we received weekly updates throughout the entire build and all of our queries were attended to promptly and professionally. This is our second house built with True Value Homes. Absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are easy to communicate with, will answer all your questions, and whatever issues you have, they will get onto them straight away. Everyone is super friendly and approachable, including the managers, Jason and Vince, and site supervisors, Rob and Connor. They are very honest and up front with the cost and they build your home like their own.

True value homes is always helpful throughout the stages of pre-, during, and post- construction. The house was built carefully and the quality is excellent. There is no significant issue prior, during, and after construction so far. Any issues that we had were solved quickly and professionally.
