I can honestly say that this has been the best financial customer service experience I have ever had.
Jason and Crystal rang back or emailed when thewy said thewy would.
They always responded to y calls and emails the same day.
They were super helpful in guiding us throughout the process of refinancing, and even suggested things that I had not considered that actually saved us more money.
The rate was much better than my original ANZ loans whom I had been with for many many years.

As a first land buyer, I was refered to UNO via ibuildnew. A Uno Expert, Sandra, called us, we shared our objectives and gave her our details. She knew what to do straight up, and within a few days got back to us with a realistic valuation for our land and a plan to get our construction loan.. Unfortunately, Plan A lender didnt work, but Sandra assured us she ' was in our corner' and would get our required finance, and did ! Our association was 2 months long, but there were no costs for us from UNO. If it wasn't for Sandra and then Crystal (the paperwork guru ) at UNO, the whole process although a tad stressful for us, would have taken much longer, if at all. Thank you UNO.
