Very pushy and straight to asking for money as soon as he can. We did not get the sales experience we needed and ended up choosing the wrong floor plan through [Name Removed]. Josefa and Patrice from the service and warranty team were an absolute breeze to work with their communication was great, very prompt with responses and getting back to me with any updates..
Every defect listed was reviewed and either tendered to right away or was followed up with until complete.
Very satisfied with our first ever experience with a maintenance review.

Josefa and Justin from the service and warranty team have been excellent in dealing with and resolving all issues that have been thrown their way and have always been prompt and kind with their responses! Nothing has been to difficult for them. 10/10 service, a great asset to the business!

We built in the south east and the process from start to finish was seamless. it's been an incredible journey and we couldn't thank the team enough :). Our site supervisor Andrew constantly kept in communication with every aspect of the build, his attention to detail and professionalism couldn't have been better. Having built a few times before UE lived up to expectations. Highly recommended.

We had a incredible experience in buying our first property. All thanks to the sales consultant Nitin Gupta of Urbanedge Homes. Buying a property of our choice is never a easy process. But thanks to Nitin who has explained every minute details. Incredible customer service, friendly and helping nature is fantastic. I would highly recommend for anyone.

Very thankful and satisfied with Luke Jarosz compared to other sales consultants we ever met, we’ve already been to almost all of the mass builders out there but so far, Luke is the most credible in giving quote (no hidden costs and not dodgy) and generous advice, patient in listening and will help you get the best deal which is superb. I was amazed it was beyond our expectation to include all our requests & amendments without hurting our budget which other builders are already charging us. I just hope that this sales experience will be as wonderful as the next journey we’ll be having with UrbanEdge, will keep you posted.

I can’t talk highly enough of my site supervisor Agor. We started our urban edge build in October 2020 although build was for 9 months. I am very happy with final product we have got. Agor and Stephanie (admin) has been so helpful in keeping me updated with the build progress, delays and answering all my doubts.
Final handover was done this week and Agor (SS) addressed every issues highlighted by my private inspector from Darbecca. My build with UE has been smooth because of the communication I had with my site supervisor and admin.

The planning stage.

We visited the Urban Edge display home in Geelong after becoming discouraged by all the 'hidden' costs in other home packages. It was getting so confusing sifting through all the extra costs other companies kept adding to the base prices of their homes. I was just about ready to give up and buy an existing house instead. Towards the end of a tiring day, I reluctantly accompanied my husband into the Urban Edge display homes. We were greeted warmly and told the houses on display were an example of what they build. I began my inquiry at the start of this year and was racing against the clock to get my contracts and the process started. Sujen, in sales, was a huge help! He was eager to meet my needs and wants, he was professional, polite and always willing to help. He was a pleasure to work with during this stage of the process, and he has helped to prioritize my needs to help me start building as soon as possible.

We visited the display homes in Maples Greenvale and chatted with Sujen whilst shopping for our home.

Sujen is magnificent!
He is very helpful and answered all our questions we had on building our first home.

We feel very comfortable with our choice and cannot wait for our next step!

Our planning with Brett Swan at Urban Edge has been a hassle free experience. Between us we made a lot of changes to suit our lifestyle. Brett was terrific in advising, recommending a number of things which was great and really made us feel valued. No hesitation in recommending Brett to plan your new home.

I am very happy with our build experience with Urban Edge.
Every step was made easy with the great team. From David is sales, to Andrew my site supervisor, and Aylin in customer service. So happy that her service doesn't end at handover, she is always happy to help and any query is dealt with quickly and efficiently!

We have been extremely impressed with the level of service and communication provided by our Site Supervisor Trudy and Onsite Client Liaison Aylin. We’ve been kept in the loop at every stage of the build and have complete confidence that our home is being built with precision and care. When we met with Trudy on site, she was very informative and made us feel reassured about the whole process. We have had a really positive experience with UrbanEdge, with Brett, Jaz, Ayla, Aylin, Josie, Steph, Pete and Jason. The journey to site was really easy to navigate, Brett being a stellar communicator and accomodating to the changes we needed to make. Jaz at head office really helped us refine our ideas and make the house plans in to home plans.

We are absolutely delighted & very grateful for the exceptional customer experience we received from Brett Swan at Urban Edge.
Not only did he listen to all of our needs he
was patient & available at all times to answer questions & help us through the process.
Brett was meticulous & his product knowledge was second to none.

I have found the process of getting the home built from end to end has been great. Have not had any disputes or concerns.

I was able to have regular site inspections and found that the discussison was candid in terms of what was getting done which is important especially if building is not your area of expertise.

Very happy as we head to our final stages of the build with Jason D in Geelong. Things can go wrong and lucky for us not too much has, but Jason has been brilliant to liaise with when they do. Any issues have been resolved quickly, he’s in contact with us throughout the build keeping us informed of all stages. He’s made our build so much easier than we imagined and we are so grateful that Urban Edge has him as the supervisor in our area......and from feedback from others in the area he has the same reputation. I would like to recommend Luke Jarosz (sales consultant) who has helped us from the very beginning of an exciting journey to build our own home. He is patient and very responsive. He explained the process well and gave us what we need to make an informed decision. He's made the process as simple as possible for his clients and he's willing to go above and beyond to listen to our needs and helped us to achieve a great outcome.

From the get-go, we knew that we could trust Luke to handle our design needs — not because he looks like the Marvel superhero, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) — but because he was the most genuine and highly skilled design and sales consultant who we've come across (and we’ve seen a lot).

The time has come yet again to let the community understand how poor this company is to work with. We have been trying to finalise this build for 3 years. It is one problem after another and as a builder they cannot get this home right, the build is still in progress.

I have dealt with senior managers including the general manager within this company who are non responsive as the have not responded after 3+ emails sent to them in the span of 2 weeks.

Be very careful with this company as they take you for a journey that l would not wish upon...

Our time with Luke Jarosz so far has been so easy, He has made everything fall into place for us, (unlike some other builders we have dealt with)
He always calls when he say he will call, he returns calls, messages & emails in a very good timely manner.
