It feels like every other day I am contacting their support because I can't connect to the internet. The setup was fine but the unreliability is insane. I experience dropouts all the time and then sometimes for hours and hours on end, I will have no access to the internet, period. Support runs me through various procedures but in the end nothing gets fixed. Not recommended.

Connection is on network cable. Very fast to sign up and connection once I signed up was imediate. Speed is 100mpbs which is what I selected on my plan and I also have unlimited data. No issues with quality and is fast for everything I download.

Vostronet was one of the internet options available in the building and seemed like the best choice as it did not have a initial fee and was also a monthly service. Very satisfied with the provider.

I sign up 4 months ago on 25mb/25mb account with no limit. Internet is good in my apartment. No issues but when power out in building about month ago. can not blame them for that. very good service and will remain a customer while in building and future

One word: Awesome. I have a 25/25 plan with unlimited data on wireless. Wireless only allows me to connect 5 devices but ok. I have my iPhone, laptop, iPad and Xbox. With my Xbox connected, the ping times are amazing. Not sure if these guys are directly connected to the game servers but congrats. Recommend.

Got the plan, awesome for a day, and went downhill after that with really seriously bad inconsistency. Not a good product.

I’m not familiar with the set-up process or the type of connection because I’m an international student living in a shared accomodation and the internet was already installed here. I just received instructions on how to get an account and manage my own personal plan. But, in the time I’ve been using it, it has been working out perfectly. Despite being used by many people daily, the connection has never had dropouts, sometimes it slows down a little during peak hours or days (like during final exams).

On the other hand, the help I received from Customer Service was very good. I couldn’t change my plan because of a problem with the webpage, but as soon as I contacted Customer Service they found a fast solution to my problem.

Fast and nice internet connection, but sometimes dropped out. So not so reliable when playing games:(( Wish to be more stable. Great customer service.

I'm not quite sure about my connection type but I'm guessing it is cable.

The set-up process took 2 days because I am not familiar with the system and process so I need some times to set up. The process itself is not complicated at all. At first it seems annoying but it is actually very easy to understand.

In my opinion, it is secured enough. Sometimes there is dropout. I did chat to the approachable staffs for help.

Oh! I am very satisfied. They respond really quickly and try their best to solve the problems.

clear enough .. well explained .. they know what isthe problem is .. and excellent team and good explanation of the where is the problem. Why it is happend and they know the solutions every problem occur.

Customer service and support are quick, efficient, responsive, understanding, and friendly. Very satisfied with customer support/service.

Internet connection has been strong and steady, with 5 devices on my unlimited plan. Only had issues maybe once, but that was due to area wide power outage.

Usage: 1.5 years
Connection Type: NBN (real-world 60Mbps up down with 100Mbps plan, lower during peak)
Set-up: Fast (student accommodation)
Reliability: Dropout every ~3months
Customer support: You pretty much only get generic customer support responses, ie. you are talking to a wall.
Issues: Device number restrictions in an accommodation where the rent includes the internet bill. Unable to use any personal routers, forget about doing any proper server development, smart home setup or network printer setup for your roomie.
Summary: Just another disappointing student-milking ISP. Only a little better than BigAir.

Worst ISP ever!!! Lightning fast? My 4G faster 100x faster than Vostronet wifi at Unilodge! Unacceptable customer service!!! Please avoid this service, will waste your money.

I've been with these guys for around 6 months.

Setup was painless, connection is super reliable. Anytime I had a problem the support have answered immediately and fixed it up quickly, they even gave me a speed boost once. Highly recommended!

Although took some time to get call. Customer service straight forward very friendly and fixed my issue in no time

I moved into the apartment with installed internet

Connection is usually reliable but sometimes drops out during FaceTime
And the internet was no well for the past few days

The connection is slow, not reliable and some the customer care agents are useless/rude. I contacted them days ago about resolving a problem, and I am still waiting for the escalation team to work on the "ticket". The service I signed up for is 25Mbps for 5 devices; I sometimes had a 3Mbps speed on my brand new laptop! It seems like there is no communication whatsoever between the teams and client; I am the one to call/chat for follow up and the only thing I will be advised to do is wait. I am not satisfied at all with the service. I won't recommend VostroNet to anyone.

ADSL. Very fast setup. Mostly reliable connection. 24/7 online support. Quite pricey though. Costs 50 dollars for 100 gb only - i dont need anything more than that- and only 10mbps. No wifi signal in my unit either - they dont allow routers so i can only use one device most of the time with a wired connection.

Set up is easy enough, however, the good sides of Vostronet ends there.

Connection drop outs soooo much it's ridiculous. Customer Support tries to help but despite numerous times (around 5) contacting them, they give the same answer, such as 'it's fixed!' when the same issue pops up tomorrow or 'send over diagnostic files' whilst they take 2 weeks to go over it and not really give a result. Drops out a lot when you move to other locations in the building and takes forever to get the connection going again.

On good days you can get the advertised speeds, however I have recorded getting 1mbps or even lower at times (when I signed up for 25mbps).

Dropouts are not frequent but they do happen once in a while which is frustrating. Also, when I move places in the same building, connection gets disconnected and would take time to reconnect.
