Customer support is great as the help desk is very helpful and patient but the wifi itself is terrible, very slow and unstable.

Can be bad during the rain but other than that pretty good that's why I give it a 4-star rating

The apartment didn't have ethernet option, so I was left out to use the wireless option. The setup wasn't much. Basic plug and play, easy to setup. The signal is strong all around the premise, which is a plus. The default plan of 10 mbps is good enough for day to day usage. However, there are slight connection issues at random intervals. I do not know whether it's from a maintenance outage or just general connection issues, but it did get annoying time to time.

Overall, no complaints other than the occasional connection drop. Support is fast-acting and convenient.

Wireless connection is rather stable, although at times there may be dropouts issues . Set up process was pretty fast! In general, I'm satisfied with the customer service as they are helpful and friendly

My first time set up was rather simple and no real issue. In my apartment I was able to set it up quickly. My connection is reliable the majority of the time however occasionally (Usually around 9 PM or so) it can fail to connect to my laptop or go very slow. I'm satisfied with customer service and have found it working rather well. Everytime I visit my issue has been solved to a good degree.

I use Vostronet over wifi. First I couldn't connect and called Vostronet Support. The person was super friendly and after it worked perfectly. Although it disconnects sometimes but this happens rarely. That's why the one star reductions.

I'm connected with the 25mbps per second and unlimited data YEAH!!!.The setup is rather easy because it doesn't need any router to be installed in our apartment as there's router in the corridor already.Connection is rather stable and almost the same speed but I don't know why everyday once it's reach 10 ish pm the connection will be so slow. I thing I hate is that it only allow us to have connection for 5 devices altogether.Their online chat support is rather simple and easy and they response pretty fast.

I don't even know what my connection type thanks to unexpected new contract of Unilodge (which is forceable).

the reliability of the connection is very very low, WORST ISP EVER, I reckon to never use this company ever in your entire life, it is so bad. Furthermore, the customer service is rude and not fit for the job at all, they are all like don't even know how to handle problem.

I started using this internet provider as part of living at unilodge and it's terrible! It never stays connected, hardly works, says I use wayyy more internet than I actually do and it is slower than public wifi. Definitely avoid vostronet! It dropped out twice as I was writing this!!
