I brought a cfx 75 duel compartment have temps set at minus 7 but compressor not coming on and it's showing 25 freezer and 12 fridge I have it even plugged in to 240 is only new has been working fine till this afternoon have any ideas

Hi Jessica, yeah, sounds like the same problem we had with the first one. Before you take it back, check voltage level at the plug. Should be12.7v-13.5v or there about. They will want to know this just to try and put the blame on someone else. These are only fridge/freezers the same as your house fridge and should work exactly the same. If you get the run around just threaten them with the Ombudsman.

Well opened the fridge to find everything frozen and the temperature saying 33’c.

Hi Mano, Yep same sort of thing happened with the first one we had. It's stuffed. Take it back. As I mentioned in my testimonial it seems the first few batches had faults but our 3rd one we can't fault. It's actually working better than My Engel and my ARB!! The temperature pulls down in no time compared with the others. Don't bother listening to the retailers, just demand a new one or go to the Ombudsman. Make sure you inform them you intend to do so.

The internal light on the large compartment side of my cfx95 continually flashes as if the door has been left open. After reading another q&a forum I took a video inside with my phone and it appears that the light never turns off, hence the flashing. Does anyone know where the switch is located for the light?

I’m searching for a similar answer.. my app is saying the door is left open when it isn’t. Everything is still cold but the light in the same compartment as you described is not as bright as the other. I spoke to a fridgy & he didn’t even know where the sensors are for the light or the door.. anyway, good luck to you!

It was explained to me the problems I was having with my fridge which I did not always understand, but there were multiple problems, over the three years I had the fridge I had very little service from it, sorry I couldn't answer your question better.
