We are returning customers decided to build a second house with Wisdom. New project 208378. First project 3113 we built with Wisdom in 2015. When we came to Wisdom for a second project without any referral we have been promised to get a bonus or a discount as returning customers; however after many times of promises to come back to us by different people during different stages of the project it never happened and we gave up on reminding (just wondering if we refer someone we may also not to get it). Our new home build was recently completed with handover taking place several weeks ago. We had a great experience dealing with our construction admin, Tracy Gomes. She was able to chase up and sort out some last minute details and reports required for handover. Under normal circumstances this would have delayed handover however Tracy was on the ball with chasing down the relevant parties to get things organised and completed on time.
She was able to keep me informed via phone calls and emails every step of the way, and we are grateful for her thoroughness, expertise, and all around friendly nature

Tarrah was excellent her consistency excels the modern customer care. Wisdom should be proud to have her.
she helped us navigate through the process and made it exceptionally smooth. wisdom is a great home builder and we look forward to living in the finished product. I've looked around the market place and I don't think there is anyone with such a great display centre and team.

The pre-construction took a while but I was updated regularly on how the process was going and what I needed to get the construction started and when it would begin, I am very happy with the support I have been given from wisdom homes thanks and would recommend you in the future and thanks to Jaymie

Nothing but good things to say about our customer service representative. Jaymie was super helpful and knowledgeable and provided frequent updates every step of the way to ensure we were across everything. We are just about to begin construction and have been very well looked after and can only hope that our next step is managed just as smoothly as Jaymie has supported us through the pre-construction process. Started off our home buying journey with Karissa James and it went smoother than we could have asked for. Any questions we had she cleared up and answered in a prompt manner. Would recommend Karissa to anyone looking to go through Wisdom Homes and purchase a home. Definitely 5 stars

We had an amazing experience at Canvas Quarter, everyone was really helpful and friendly during the CQ appointment. They gave us advice which was really insightful and made our selection journey less daunting. They were also very patient with us on any changes requested after the appointment. I would like to say thank you to Rebecca Love, she really exceeded our expectations in terms of her customer service, the advice she gave and her responsiveness to our queries throughout the colour selection process. We are very happy with our choices and I don’t think we would have the same outcomes without her advice. We are excited to see our dream home come true!

Our construction supervisor Richard Falzon has done an outstanding top job so far to bring our construction to the near closure. He is courteous, approachable and down to earth. We are so lucky to have Richard. We are so excited and looking forward to know the handover date. Go Richard!

The whole process has been seamless from start to finish. A few covid delays along the way but we were kept informed each time so no problems there. Very happy with the finished product and inclusions. A special thanks to Karissa James who has walked us through the whole process and has gone over and above on numerous occasions. Late last year we met Neel during our visit to Homeworld Box Hill, he was knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and down to earth. He was extremely patient with us and accommodated all our changes and requests. He has in-depth of knowledge to home building, variations especially council vs CDC requirements, what choices we could have and how big we could have based on the land size.

We checked several Wisdom homes that were built and being built in the same suburb, talked to the owners who had moved in and looked at the progress of the homes ...

Our pre construction with wisdom is very challenging and daunting. Covid restriction, changing CSR x3 and other delays. We nearly give up. But as soon as we spoke to Tarrah (CS Manager) everything is back in order. Tarrah is very good to talk to. We feel that she really care for the customer. She answer question, very prompt in answering emails and she give update even outside her working hours. She is an asset to Wisdom Home and company should value and commend her for her outstanding work. We hope our construction journey would be smooth and we are hoping that our site supervisor will be oustanding and helpful as Tarrah.

This was my first home in Australia, I was quite sceptical at the beginning with the overall process. Now once its all done, I am quite satisfied with the way things had been managed by the wisdom team including office admin team, accounts team & most important the construction supervisor.

I was kept well updated on the construction progress viz the weekly call from the construction supervisor, latter on during handover I had all the support from admin team to ensure a smooth handover.

The construction was completed in time and the quality was good, I have recently moved in and am sure Wisdom team will continue to support in whatever way required.

We found the team at Wisdom Homes excellent in their service and promptness with replies and action on all tasks. They were not pushy, very knowledegable and extremely fast with making any changes or looking at compliances. They were friendly, patient and very approachable, giving us as the time we needed to make decisions and get started.

Both myself and my fiance' had never built before, so Vince from initial consultation and many follow up consultations thereafter offered us great advice and suggestions when designing our home. He was very patient, and would be readily available to answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial they may seem, you can tell he has genuine interest in helping others bringing their ideas and property aspirations to life.

I found Vince and Joe to be very good and easy to deal with. They were knowledgeable and honest and helpful. I don't have much knowledge with building and construction but they made feel comfortable to deal with them. Joe was patient with us in going through the tender and really makes an effort in answering all our questions.
I would recommend them highly to anyone thinking about building with Wisdom homes.

Stuart gave me faith in Wisdom Homes after a lot of issues in the pre-construction phase. He was thorough, communicated well, and VERY professional, even in times of disagreement. I am building with Wisdom Homes where my initial sales consultant was Vince who was really informative very professional.Then the tender presentation and contract was done by Joseph Wright who was excellent and was willing to go to any extend to make my dream come true and he is one of the few employees who still think they are the face of the organisation and he was so prompt in returning to my emails and was keen to make the changes which I wanted and I am extremely happy with the services he provided and really he is an asset to Wisdom Homes.

I had an appointment with Joseph Wright who presented the Sales Tender to me and my wife. I went to several display homes previously and engaged with several sales people who had basic knowledge of the building process. The Tender presentation with Joseph was beyond my expectation. I was amazed by the depth of knowledge that Joseph possessed especially in regards to engineering and council requirements.

Our agent Joseph Wright was very helpful in guiding us to building our new house. Everything was explained clearly so we could understand, especially within the contract given. His clarity helped us on our first time building our new house. A great pleasure to deal with, and would be very happy to consult his services again.

From the first visit to the display center our experience was so exceptional . We meet with our sales consultant a number of times, he was very patient, welling to help in any way and went above and beyond throughout the process.And I must say after going to endless display centers during this process that is what stood out. And the experience continued to be easier once we had reached the next stage. Our Tender presenter was very down to earth, friendly and beyond helpful. His explanation of both the tender and contact was remarkable.As a first time building I couldn't thank them enough for making this a very stress free experience. Wisdom have been extremely professional during the build process. I am constantly kept up to date each week by the supervisor on what is currently happening.

The estimated cost of the build has remained fairly consistent. I am extremely happy with the build this far and can't wait to see it when its done.

The build with Wisdom was very organised and and we were kept informed during the build process. updates were always given on time and very specific and our construction supervisor was always happy to answer any questions we had about the build. week to week we could clearly see the high quality being maintained during construction process. cost was the same as indicated in signed contract.

We were very happy with our CSR Sarah Duffield. She went above and beyond to get our file moving as it was held up for more than 4 months with Canvas Quarter. She was quick to reply and respond to any inquiries we had. Sarah was supportive and very knowledgeable we were impressed with her professionalism and efficiency to get the job done. We really appreciate her hard work in getting us to the Pre-Construction stage.
