Hi officer, my car had been claimed for insurant nearly one month, but still waiting for the authority aprove. i got the polici number . they told me around in 10 days will be fix finised . but now i waiting for repair for nearly one month already . someone in your department told i have to wait. i need my car need fix as soon as possible .. for work . some one in your office told me because my car got tyle problem, so they need double check . but how come i know my car got, problem ? i just know my car got 2 way insurante . so i think your office cant avoid to fix my car . after this case i do much headade . because your company wasnt look after your customer . alike me nearly one month to wait for fix .

Hi there, I have a comprehensive car insurance policy no. MOT102250814. i changed my policy last week. i reduced amount of kilometres purchased from 14000 to 8000. my odometer reading is 42800 km. But the invoice I received stated agreed kilometer cover range is 47250-55250 and cover commences at the beginning of the agreed kilometer cover range. Does it mean this car is not be covered before the odometer reading 47250 km? If this is the case would you please change the cover range to 42800-50800 and send new invoice to me. Thank you. A friend of mine who has Woolies comprehensice car insurance, recently had an accident on the weekend and told me that when she called to make a claim could not talk to anyone and the recording said business hours are Monday to Friday. She has been telling everyone not to use Woolies. I have Woolies and drive long distances on weekends can you please clarify what happens if I have an accident in a regional place on a weekend.?

I have just been given a quote for comprehensive car insurance. Can I choose my own repairer if I needed to make a claim?
You can take it to your own repairer for a quote but we will have the final say. If the repairer is approved by us the workmanship and parts used will be guaranteed as long as the car is still owned by you. It is not transferable.

1. How much is the learner driver excess?
2. If I was to purchase insurance this month and my daughter starts learning with my vehicle in February do I just call up to adjust then?
3. For comprehensive insurance personal + some business use, how often can the vehicle be used for business purposes? i.e. I may sometimes use my car to get to an appointment for work -will this be covered?.

Read morent to the department for follow up and was very open to any correspondence with him in case there was a lag.His name is Carlos Greenwell.I was contacted by the refund team and they refunded the pro rata premium.I think it's ok for you to continue as there are still some serious dedicates staff who wish good for their customers and company .Good luck!!!I'm waiting to get my claim settled, then I'm cancelling my insurance.
