Great travel insurance
much cheaper policy, the cover is the same if not better than others. I did have issues at the start but they did everything they could to sort my problems out and get me an alternate solution. I will be using them for all my travel insurance in the future

Never again.
Regrettably chose Woolworth's travel insurance after being fooled by false advertisement. Their policy options page on their website clearly states "We already cover a number of your valuables up to a value of $5,000 such as: Mobile phone" however only AFTER purchasing the policy, I read the fine print that was emailed to me which stated the 'saver option' does not cover mobile phones. How can you make such a direct statement on your policy page which included the saver option yet defend yourself with a fine print? I don't appreciate Woolworth'...Read more
s intention of purposely misleading it's clients for 'quick money' as we will NOT be returning. If you want to be strategic Woolworth's then try being honest. A well informed client would have spent more money to get the right cover rather than spending less and leaving with a bad review.
