After many trips overseas we always found the rates excellent.
Have never had to lodge a claim but feel confident that we would be well looked after if the need arose.

I have used this Company for several years now. Luckily I have not had to claim for anything, but the security of the Policy is well worth buying. Peace of Mind.

thankfully did not have to use,the company was easy to deal with online, their comprehension of mental health problems leaves lot to be desired, member of family has anxiety, immediately the company excluded this a mental health disease, and the the family member is medicated for anxiety, and has been for 10yrs.

Have used Worldcare several times now. Their whole approach to making insurance easy is tops for me. fortunately have not had to make a claim and fingers crossed I never have to.

I had a good trip should have made a claim for travel as I had to come home early due to family member hospital admission paid extra cost of flight changes with thai airline and very big change to virgin price for flight change.

Fortunately didn't have to claim, we would use Worldcare if going on another holiday. Good value for seniors in their 80's as travel insurance very expensive for oldies. Thank you.

Turned out to be very expensive, not sure if it was age related, but our daughter managed to get a quote, 1 week less but 1/5 of the price.
Didn’t cover our needs, would have liked to have extended our stay due to family illness but insurance didn’t cover the cost to change the flights.
Not sure if I have used it beforehand.

the policy was expensive for basic cover, but as I had no alternative due to my age, it covered my basic needs, of something unexpected happening to me. I would like to have taken out the more extensive policy but too expensive for the time I was going to be spending overseas.

The policy provided me with a basic cover that satisfied my needs. From the other side of making a claim I do not have that experience and I wish all to have a pleasant fun time where ever you go.
