The policy fitted my requirements at a reasonable price. However the company cannot be assessed until a claim is made.
This is the first time I have insured with this company and I will insure with them again

After many trips overseas we always found the rates excellent.
Have never had to lodge a claim but feel confident that we would be well looked after if the need arose.

Found not very helpful about putting in a claim for damaged luggage the online form didn’t work and the hard copy I was emailed required you to have tried with the airline first and required so much information so quess you hope it’s too much trouble so we will go away very disappointing

I have used this Company for several years now. Luckily I have not had to claim for anything, but the security of the Policy is well worth buying. Peace of Mind.

Policy was good value, customer service representative was easy to talk to and explain what we wanted and the illnesses covered far exceeded any other company which gives peace of mind when traveling with chronic illnesses. thankfully did not have to use,the company was easy to deal with online, their comprehension of mental health problems leaves lot to be desired, member of family has anxiety, immediately the company excluded this a mental health disease, and the the family member is medicated for anxiety, and has been for 10yrs.

I am a returning customer and Worldcare offered me a good comprehensive policy. I had to amend the policy for additional cover for car hire and this was no problem and fixed quickly.
