Terrible, it’s a waste of money, they never let us book anything
been with them for 11 years and we’ve been trying to leave for majority of this time but they won’t let us book they keep saying to pay more, it’s honestly a scam they just want money. My biggest mistake in life was thinking this would’ve worked.

This telephone conversation followed an exchange of e-mails between Blair Preston and I. This is the third time I have spoken with her and, as usual, she was outstanding. She is helpful, responsive and explains things very well.

Super helpful
Blair was so helpful with bookings. She knew her information and was friendly and looked up any further information for us. As my wife is in a wheelchair, she checked the accommodation to make sure we could get a ground floor room.

Title - Understanding assistance!
Blair guided me with such patience through difficulties I had with finding information and poor internet service and explained finer details of my points expiring.
I went on to make four seperate bookings with confidence!

So much assistance!
Blair was brilliant! She helped find the right (for us) resort for my husband and I to stay in Queensland then advised on a New Zealand hotel (for an upcoming destination wedding) then arranged for our son and daughter in law and family to use our points to stay in Bali. Seriously, I couldn't have made such informed choices without her assistance. We would have lost points without her help.

the ability to be flexible with bookings.
Earlier I made a booking for Darling Harbour property, then later, when searching the website, stumbled upon a property in Hobart which seemed more appealing. I contacted the ACCOR VACATION CLUB reservation centre and made suitable amendments to my booking.

last minute change.
We had a booking for March, but noticed a Feb vacancy which we think may have been cancellation.
Rang customer service and new booking was made and old one cancelled, no problem.
New booking meant we would not lose points.

Excellent customer service
Accidentally booked the wrong hotel. Rang and spoke to Blair Preston in customer service, who was fantastic. She cancelled my mistake and even though online there was nothing available for the hotel I was meant to book, managed to get me room.

Excellent staff of Accor Surfers Paradise
Our experience was excellent. Azra Gataric looked after us with professionalism and friendliness in booking our accommodation in Melbourne. She helped us person to person as I am not that good on websites and also hard of hearing for phone conversations. Can't speak more highly of her.

Time-poor reservation

Reservation change.
I needed to cancel a booking within a month prior to the stay because of a medical condition. I spoke with Azra Gataric who guided me professionally and supportively through the process discussing options for cancelling. The final outcome exceeded my expectation and confirmed the advantage of being in the Accor club. Azra's manner put me at ease and her follow up was exactly as she had promised.

Due to emergency situation of the bush fire in the south coast, I have to cancel my booking for Bowral. I called AVC and talked to Azra and she was extremely helpful and agreed to cancel my booking and email me the details and therefore saved me a lot of time waiting on the phone.

Azra was very patient and helpful in talking me through options and making bookings for me.
While i have been a member for some years the different booking options and time frames coupled with a busy schedule means i do not use the service as regularly as i should

Azra listened closely to my need to alter existing bookings, and immediately understood the matter. She offered to continue with the requested modification by contacting the resort directly, and to let me know the result by email. Within a few hours she sent me a positive response to my request. A good decision for our holiday options
We have been members of the Accor Vacation Club for 11 years now. We are very happy overall. As long as members adhere to the rules, ie., booking at mid-night Queensland time 12-months in advance, you won't have an issue! This seems like a small 'rule' compared to the benefits. The Accor brand has never disappointed us. We know we're going to get a high quality property & it is pre-paid through our membership! We chose the club so we could stay in high level accommodation that we couldn't afford otherwise

PROMISED THE WORLD, DELIVERED A ATLAS
Our anniversary was on a Tuesday, and we had a invite to attend a 9O MIN talk at the SEBEL Melbourne, and we would receive a very reduced rate, gee what a winner, well so we thought,
Oh no you can not have that Tuesday, but Wednesday will be fine, ok we will be flexible
Oh no you can not have the Sebel, you will have to stay NOVOTEL
No win, win all there way and if you cant get the hotel at a sales pitch good luck later
