Every time we spoke we always learnt something new from him. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome and accommodating. From our initial walk through of Allcastle Homes display home, we knew we had found our builder to build our forever home.
Their staff helped guide us from start to finish. We were informed and kept up to date on our homes progress at every stage.
We have now moved into our home and we are extremely pleased and impressed with what Allcastle have built for us.

We bought a block of land, and went to a lot of displays homes to find a home builder. We finally decided on Allcastle homes.

We embarked on our journey to build our dream house with AllCastle Homes. We started with Brad, who is an excellent consultant, guiding and reminding every step with patience. During the planning and preconstruction stage, we did so many changes to the plan but Brad never got annoyed and he was so patient and explained everything clearly. What I could tell, is he is working with pride for the company, loves what he does, and is very professional. I am sure he will satisfy many other customers working with AllCastle in the future.

This is my 3rd home I have built. After building with a very small builder initially their quote was ok however during the build there were so many extras, it ended up way too expensive and the finish was very basic.
So for my next home we decided to build with one of the bigger companies after going to numerous display homes I found Allcastle Homes in Kellyville my favourite, Julie Russo was very approachable and explain everything in great detail, nothing was to much trouble we made some changes to suit my family needs and are very happy with Julie and Allcastle.

We visited Allcastle at Marsden Park with my family. After walking through the first home, we liked the house (The Crest) so we went to speak with the sales consultant Daryl. Daryl show us through the house and answered all of our questions. He was so helpful and his customer service was excellent and after that short meeting we decided to build with them.

We went through the quoting process and received our full tender in a short timeframe, and received pleasant surprises which we were not expected in the process.

Allcastle was a pleasure to deal with. They made the whole process straight forward particularly when we had an issue and needed to contact their warranties dept. They were quick and efficient and our issue was rectified immediately. Staff were highly professional and friendly.

They are very much interested in getting initial advance payment and they give you wrong indicative pricing and actual tender will be far away From that. You should put the staff who has good knowledge about building. I just want to tell others. Don’t get cheated by them. I am just getting out from them

Thank you Allcastle and Julie Russo who helped us have a new home. Everything was great each and every step they update us well and very fast and we really love our new home, we thought it was going to be stressful to build a new home, but at every step of the way Allcastle gave us lots of guidance and made the whole process really enjoyable.

This is my second house with Allcastle, this build is an investment for us. Admin and communication have been great so far. The house has come along extremely quickly since the build started which I am super happy about, the sooner I can get renters in the better. Craig has been great to deal with (Site manager) Haven't had hand over or the defect stage so hopefully this runs just as smoothly as the rest of the process has thus far.

What can I say, we have been in our new house for a while now, and are enjoying our home.
We were very pleased with the staff at Allcastle homes, and the builders we had building our house were professional and friendly. We built The Grandworth 38.7 and it is everything we were promised. We would highly recommend Allcastle homes.

We had a choice of two building companies and Allcastle Homes won us over with their customer service.
Their organization of each stage has been amazing so far.
The colour range is awesome, who knew there were so many different colours of grey, thankfully the ladies in the colour room know their stuff and steed us in the right direction.
Our site supervisor Tony is very organized and is on top of everything while being available for any questions or complaints which are always dealt with fast.
Tony’s team of builders are very friendly and workmanship is excellent.
Hopefully the rest of the stages goes as smoothly as the start.

We have just started building but so far the service we have received from the Allcastle homes team is very professional.
From our first time at Home World Leppington we knew we found the design of house to fit our needs.
We have signed a contract and picked our colours. The ladies that helped us pick out our design colours were amazing.
Looking forward to the rest of our home being built.
