Ages for call response, then pay FIRST and claim later. Whats covered? Ask your doctor!! Really!!! Had to cut short visit and rush back home for treatment taking radiology & lab request with him. Omg!!!

My girlfriend visits Australia often, usually for 3 months at a time. We have taken out a policy with Alianz a number of times and have yet to use it. Maybe you should offer a discount at the end of policy for people such as us!

The service is terrible, won't choose them again

My dad had an eye surgery cost 6 thousand dollars, they only paid one third of the amount for us. Plus they keep asking for all sorts of documents here and overseas to proof it's not a fraud. So fed up with them after all these.

I've just paid insurance charge for last two years but haven't got a chance to get any service. Thanks to god for keeping me healthy. But I can tell that Allianz is a good company from the fact that a friend of mine who was hospitalized in Footscray hospital got all his surgery cost recovered within a two weeks of time. And it also has a lot of pharmacy associated with it where my friend got free dressing service.

Great value - much cheaper than other providers for what was covered. When my dad was admitted to hospital they were very helpful and clear on what I need to do. The claims process was simple and there were no issues. We are very happy and will buy again when my parents visit.

Rip off price and not covered for GP visits but they want money because they can due to Govt conditions on the visa

Reasonable price, Good for money, only drawback is that u have to pay whole premium upfront, they must have option for month to month payment, Sometime it hard for pay 12 month upfront.

But look at the consequences of the other way around.
Fortunately I didn't even have a headache while in Australia, but where would I be if I had a heart attack??
The product was very reasonably priced at approx $100 per month. Cheap for peace of mind.
I am very happy to use the service next time that I travel.

Its good cover and had peace of mind. I only used GP once and it was smooth experience.

I wish it could include Remote GP Assistance as well, which would porvide more value

I was with this insurance last 2 years Its cheap but waste of money, claim process taking ages.... please dont take it .terrible experience tgay saying 72 hrs to process snd giving the answer but thats fake.
