This is our first build and we cannot thank APG enough for making this one of the best experiences. Right from the first introduction to our sales rep, pre construction, prestart, during construction and our foreman the process has been seem less and without fault. Any concerns we have or items that needed amending were dealt with promptly and with ease and nothing is too hard. The workmanship so far is also impeccable and we are very much looking forward to moving into our new home soon. APG also assisted us in dealing with other tradies doing works such as our alfresco, solar panels and landscaping to also help the process go smoothly. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend using APG.

We were a little apprehensive about what to expect from a build given it was our first. However, from our initial meeting with our consultant Nick, through to our contract stage, pre start meeting, the monitoring of the build progress with Lee and our final handover APG have been informative, efficient in answering our queries and have delivered a beautiful home to us. We would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

All the staff we dealt with, from the initial sales person all the way through to the pre-start, client liason officer and building supervisor have all been very good. Great communication, all questions were answered in a timely manner.

We appointed APG to design a home to suit our block. Our consultant worked closely with us to perfect our floor plan and design features within a specified budget which she did. The actual build was a seamless process- completed within the time frame specified, a great building supervisor who was friendly, approachable and addressed any concerns we had promptly. He was happy to meet us on site and walk us through where we were at with our build and the quality of the finished product is great. We are fairly picky and have high expectations and APG has certainly met them. We recently had handover and we can't wait to move into our beautiful new home.

I am very pleased with my home, every engagement with APG was done easily and the end result is inline with our expectations and design. The quality of work is very good and our tradespeople and assigned supervisor Justin did and excellent job. We have just proceeded to construction stage with our APG home. The contract and pre-start went pretty smoothly. Our sales consultant listened to what we wanted and needed and we feel the design reflects our wishes. The pre-start consultant was excellent - she guided us through everything with an honest opinion and made choosing all the options so easy. The showroom was great and had most things set up in there so (except for tiles) we didn't have to go to different suppliers to choose the different items.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from concept to completion...
Communication was excellent throughout the whole process.
The finished product is exactly what we wanted, and the finishing touches ooze quality.

The home design process was very straightforward and we feel that the value is excellent in what we are getting
