If a company advertises same day service then this is a reasonable expectation from a consumer. 4 days isn’t. If they didn’t make misleading advertising promises then I wouldn’t complain. If they can’t deliver on their promise they should remove this from their advertising.

Technician turned up on time, was courteous and made the repair promptly. I have pleasure in recommending them and will use them again.

Appliance Care Specialists purchased the wrong parts to repaid a fridge, charging for the parts up-front. They could not repair the fridge, kept the brand new parts and stopped replying to communications. They charged an elderly person who paid in good faith over $500 kept all parts that were never fitted, left a broken fridge, promised for 12 months to reimburse all moneys, then went silent and ignored all messages. I was then contacted advising to remove this post and they would pay, after 6 months they have only ignored my requests for the money. Dont use this company.

Fixed my fridge - identified problem straight away, ordered parts, kept in communication with me re back order and making next appointment. When technician came to replace the part they called on the way to let me know they were coming and were extremely friendly, polite and efficient.
