The care and build quality Rhys and his building team provided was amazing. As with all builds, things go wrong. Rhys was always willing to work through and get it right. So happy with our home and Rhys. The finish was impeccable and finished ahead of schedule despite all the covid lockdowns and supply issues.

We have just had the painter come and do some touch ups for our knockdown rebuild that we started last year. These were touch ups for minor blemishes, and a couple of minor mistakes, from our 3 month inspection. Our 3 month inspection was in February. Due to COVID lockdowns and restrictions today, in early November, was the first time the painter was able to attend. That might sound bad to you, but the fact that we have been able to live in this awesome house for almost a full year, and Arden and site supervisor were STILL nothing but attentive...

Building with Arden was a stress free experience. My Husband and I visited Arden’s Eliston display home and were very impressed by the amount of natural light they had achieved. The design and inclusions throughout was something that we were very impressed with also.
Pre site was really straight forward and our admin was always communicating with us during construction which made it such a breeze.
We are currently working on drawings for our next home and cannot wait to start the process with Arden again.
I have recommended Arden to friends and family and look forward to building our next family home with them.

Our experience has been fantastic from the start through pre-construction. The staff has been fabulous and keeping us informed about our progress. When we had queries or needed clarification on certain areas, it was transparent and instructive. They always kept in the loop on each step so far. Flexible in variations.

Arden is meant to be more premium than your standard builder and I can tell you after my experience, save your money and undue stress by going with anyone else. My house has a laundry list of issues with poor and unclear communication, trying to avoid the appropriate fixes required to meet contractual agreements. Even the day I got the keys, they left urine and faeces in one of the toilets. Absolutely disgusting, so save your hard earn money and go with literally any other builder.

Amazing experience! The build was incredibly well managed, we were kept in the loop every step of the way. The Project Administrator and Building Supervisor were incredible - super transparent and honest throughout the entire build (as well as efficient and extremely competent and knowledgeable throughout the entire build). We found Arden after having a bad experience with another builder. We decided to lock in with Arden as the staff were very helpful, open and transparent, the standard inclusions were of a higher level than other builders plus they were a lot more accommodating to customisation to the facade and floor plan so that we could design our dream home. Through every stage of the building process we were guided by knowledgeable and professional staff. As the home was constructed we received weekly updates on the progress and were offered very reasonable alternatives if products became difficult to source due to pandemic issues. Our building supervisor JM kept the build site moving and, was extremely helpful, as was JB our customer service administrator. We had no hidden costs and the entire process was transparent and professionally conducted. Could not be any happier with our choice to build with Arden Homes.

Arden Homes are very flexible and provided personalised service. The whole process from start was very easy; staff are very professional and patient. They listened and advised based on our needs and budget. Total cost was on the higher end; we had quite a few extras. Overall happy so far.

The process so far has been little slow because of pandemic and sales person moved to interstate! But I am so happy we went with Arden Homes, their staff are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and honest.
They did not only take their time out to explain every single thing into details and answer any questions we had, they also guided us through the whole process. It was really an incredibly stress-free, straight-forward experience and we would highly recommend to anyone who is inexperienced like us.

We have really enjoyed our pre construction Arden journey, especially when we saw about the inclusions we got with our build (site cists, double glazed windows, integrated fridge and dishwasher and soft close drawers)! We loved the colours selection room and the watching our ideas come to life. The ability to customise has been the biggest benefit - even with the smallest things such as door types and making windows larger and we highly recommend Arden as a result. If you are looking for something that isn't "cookie cutter" and you want to make your own, this is a company to certainly consider!

We have now been in our new home for just over a week and I LOVE this house! The pride taken by the site manager in the build was exemplary and the support given by the customer service administrator was second to none. I was regularly updated during the build process so knew exactly what was going on and the home has turned out better than I could have imagined. What a Journey and we haven't even started building. The process of looking for a builder first started in Jun 2020, display home after display home, builder after builder, so many questions, so many variables, Aug 2020 - Locked in Land, now to find the house that fits, of course, it doesn't exist. Thankfully we came across Arden who were so flexible in adapting their designs to ensure we create our perfect home.

Our pre-construction experience with Arden Homes has been amazing!

Arden’s sales consultants were very knowledgeable. Having backgrounds in design and architecture, they were able to give us creative advice as we modified around 70% of our floor plan and custom designed our facade. You won’t get that with other volume builders, they won’t even move a wall!

Arden’s interior designer was very helpful with guiding us in our colour selection.

Our pre-construction administrator was wonderful. She had great communication skills, was responsive and followed up with all our queries in a timely manner.

We are really impressed so far with Arden Homes and we hope to continue the positive experience in the next stages.

Home built at 2017 and upstairs floor has squeaky sound. Approached warranty team and get told squeaky floor need to reported within 24 months. A four year old house with squeaky floor issue I can only say the building quality is very poor. Bad luck to myself did not report it earlier.

I tried to contact their management team via Facebook channel however still can not solve the issue. also they warn me if post similar topic in their channel again they might ban me on social media channel.

Post construction warranty service is bad. Poor building construction quality.

I had amazing experience with Arden Homes.
I am in a difficult block and takes a long time to start construction.
Everyone at Arden I dealt with were helpful,knowledgeable and friendly.
Building manager,Supervisor RL and Customer Service Administrator SG are patient and quick to respond.
When I need to help RL always happy to help me find a right way to resolve everything.

The standard Fisher Paykel Oven vents "50 deg hot air into the kitchen" and metal pipes create a "loud tapping sound next to our bed" The Oven is unusable on days over 20deg and condensation collecting and dripping down the pipes requires earplugs. What is Arden doing about it?

Building with Arden was quite an easy decision for us. It all came down to the really good standard inclusions and the flexibility. When talking to competitors, things like altering the size of a room or swapping around the floorplan was quite costly where as at Arden, it was an easy change for them, this allowed us to almost completely customize a floorplan to suit us.
