Disgusting.
I was due to travel to Europe on July 20th 2020 and return 8th August 2020.
Obviously, due to a world wide pandemic, this isn’t happening.
I received an email from AuntBetty, offering me a refund or credit points that I need to use within 12months. I selected refund as I am unable to travel within 12 months of my booking. I am a frontline emergency worker and have commitments to my job, hence being unable to travel within 12 months.

t confused as this is not what I selected. I have tried to call AuntBetty multiple times as they are not accepting emails. I have been placed on hold for hours, hung up on and today - after finally getting through, I spoke to a very rude and unhelpful lady who told me her name was [name removed]. Terrible customer service
They have terrible customer service, our flight was cancelled by the airline but the would not provide us with a refund and were making us pay to cancel a flight that was already cancelled. Never book with this company. Scam artists

My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 but Aunt Betty said they need 12 weeks to do the refund and now it has been more than 12 weeks and I still didn’t receive it. Aunt Betty never answer calls or reply email. I strongly doubt if they are closing down.

Do not waste your money with AUNT BETTY
So like anybody i was hunting for the best flight price to Bali, I found using Aunt Betty i would save $400 i didn't think much of it as its a competitive market out there. COVID-19 hit and it hit hard i was due to travel May 4th 2020 . They are not contactable via phone if you somehow do get through they hang up on you.
A huge communication barrier. I received emails about which option id like to select in regards to a refund (being illegal to leave Australia/ the boarders are closed) these were my 3 options:

They're royally screwing everyone!
I have requested a refund for the the flights which Singapore airlines have waived the fees for and I was prepared to take the hit of a cancellation fee from these criminals (Aunt Betty). My request for a refund was acknowledged via email but then a few days later I have now received an email stating my request for a Credit Shell was being processed!! I don't want credit! I want my money back and I asked for that but they clearly don't care . It just seems like an easy way to brush us all off!

Unfair charge
Qatar Airline cancelled my flight due to COVID-19 pandemic but Aunt Betty is refusing to refund. They are asking for cancellation fee which is $100.00. Huge experience to not booking anymore flight from agency especially Aunt Betty.

Avoid at all costs
Took a chance with Aunt Betty because of Flight Centre affiliations. Big mistake.
$250 fee to reimburse a $750 ticket.
Spent 90 minutes on hold to have them answer and hang up. Eventually they do respond on email but then when you reply you will never get a follow up again.
Skyscanner travel agents should be avoided.

Really good customer service
I thought that booking through a cheap website like aunt betty would cause lots of issues, as I've heard. However, due to COVID-19 I have not been able to travel and they have been really great to deal with. Whilst the phone takes a very long time to get through, the person on the other end was very helpful and friendly and I felt obliged to say thank you considering all that is going on they are still being very helpful and understanding.

Been a flight centre customer for a while now, but now stuff them. They are crooks.
My wife and I was due to fly with Qantas to Singapore on May 13. It was booked with auntbetty which is a FLT subsidiary.
I knew I was going to cop some cancellation fees. Fair enough if it was couple of hundred bucks. I get it is a commercial business..

They actually have the audacity to hang up on the customers when they can't reach a solution. Never book your tickets or anything with this shoddy company. Outsourced all customer service to India or some other country where they can't speak english.

They send me an email that my ticket is on credit shell with a very minimal information today. When I tried to call them, first 4-5 attempts were failed and finally someone very rude customer service answer the phone. And I was asking different options rather than hold, he was rude and hung up . Can you believe it!!! I am so frustrated with Aunt Betty, they do not accept emails, nor attending calls. I tried to call several times, at different times and no one is answering the phone, no one!
Aunt Betty sent an email with a form with minimal information and made me choose about asking for a credit travel, leave it as it is, or cancellation. It was hard to pick an option without knowing the implications, costs, etc of every option. disgustingly terrible
Had flights booked and obviously the covid-19 virus happened.
Aunty Betty stopped taking emails, not only do they stop taking them the remove the ability to send and email. Absolutely disgusted that your business can’t work through an email list of customers issues.
I’ve sat on the phone more than a handful of times for over 3 hours. I would assume your nit even answering calls, I’ve tried even the option of flights with in 4 days.

Worst experience ever! Highly not recommended. First time user and won't happen again
No channel to contact them and I'm on hold on the phone for hours and hours and no way to be able to speak to anyone to sort out any questions! I have been very patient with the flight cancellation and COVID-19 situation and have followed the instruction and their request not to contact them and just wait for them to initiate contact based on the travel priority.

oking was processed to credit and the other looks like just overlooked! Apparently, if we want to use the credit shell, we will need to contact them by phone to arrange new booking! In all, very inefficient. Hard to deal with when there is problem. Won't use them again in the future. Once bitten, twice shy! Comparing to experience I had with Qantas and Booking.com. Hard to deal with
Flight Centre own both BYO Jet and Aunt Betty. Had 3 business class tickets booked to Europe (2 with BYO Jet and 1 with Aunt Betty) same flight. All cancelled. Refunds quickly with no fees taken out by BYO Jet. Still waiting from Aunt Betty. Phone calls and lodged email request. Can't complain via email as they are not taking emails anymore. Interesting they have removed T and C's from original booking. Waiting via phone goes on forever. Don't use this company

I cancelled my booking on 27.1.2020 and I got a message which said my refund will be paid in the next 12 weeks. However, I did not get my refund after 12 weeks so I called it back on 27.4.2020 and I was told that my refund will be paid in 8 hours but I still haven't received my refund until now (30.4.2020). I am not going to trust this company again. We should not keep silence and I am going to report this case to ACCC & Consumer Affairs. Complaints will not help but actions do.

Greedy Company
Charging consumers because airlines cancelled the flight and also charging consumers for rebooking of flights again which was cancelled by Airlines. They won’t even get in touch with the Airline to get refund for the consumer because if Airline issues the full refund Auntbetty would lose their commissions. I requested a credit shell for booking ABY3224799 and received confirmation I would get an email within 7 to 14 days on how to use the credit. That was on the 3 April and I haven’t received an email as yet. Could you please let me know how I access the credit that is with Singapore Airlines. Thanks.

I was same - finally the email arrived today nearly 28 days after the ‘7-14’ days. Doesn’t have much info. - just the $ value and to call when ready to use it, but no rules/restrictions etc.
