I got a good response in less time. Got Crisp and precise information. The Resolution time was very less then expected. Good conversation. This was a call to get a refund and was given the refund without any questions asked.

We received a cash refund 16th May as a credit on our amex card. Initial contact with them was 21st march when we asked they cancel the booking.

Initial outlay was $4791, we received $4710. I can live with the $80 admin. Had no idea it was coming so hang in there it looks like they're honoring the cash refunds. So they should. If they could improve their support I feel they wouldn't loose a single customer.

We chose Aunt Betty due to its good reviews. Unfortunately we have not experienced anything good with this company. Booked with Aunt Betty for a trip to Israel on the 9th January 2020 for 4 people. Trip was for April / May. Obviously with Covid19 this flight was cancelled by Aunt Betty. Since then we have been requesting a refund (not a credit) as no one knows when international flights will recommence. Not one of our emails were acknowledged. When we finally did hear back it was the standard response that we will hear back from them within 3 business days and that they prioritize by travel date. (Our travel dates have come and gone and we are not any closer to any relevant information .

My family booked tickets to Singapore back in January for July. The government has now imposed "DO NOT TRAVEL" warning. We have been advised that there will be no international travelling for all Australian. We requested for a refund from Aunt Better and they refused. They claim the flight is still schedule to fly. How are we suppose to fly if the government has imposed a travel restriction?! Very very poor customer service and policy they have in place. Extremely disappointed and today, I see a post from them saying they are doing their best to help Australian who are unable to fly due to Covid-19?? They say one thing and do another. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought flights with aunt betty but they were cancelled because of the virus. They are uncontactable. We tried to speak to someone for hours but there was no answer. We selected to have a refund on their website (out of which they say they will take a fee). After 4 weeks we have still not received the money or any update emails and we have no other way of contacting them and no idea if or when we will receive our money back. This scam fraudulent company is backed by Flight Centre.

Aunt Betty is lying continuously with me. It been 12 weeks now since they have cancelled my flight and submit for refund however I am still waiting for refund. I just call with customer service team but they can’t provide any update when the refund will be processed in my credit card. I am going to register with Slater & Gordon about Class Action regarding Aunt Betty. My suggestion to all traveller please don’t book any flight with Aunt Betty.

Flights were changed multiple times. In the beginning I accepted them. But then they changed my flight for a 24hours layover in HK during the corona outbreak. I have been waiting over 12 weeks for them to process my refund. To this day I am still trying to be patient and contact them via email, they have not replied to multiple emails.

Aunt Betty charging $500 airline cancellation fee plus $250 AB fee yet, we confirmed with the airline (Cathay Pacific) they have wavered cancellation fees on all flights booked before 23 Jan 2020.

Aunt Betty is owned by same owner as Flight Center and look at their PR nightmare they recently due to cancellation gouging customers.

Don't book with them, they are incompetent, don't keep up to date policies and have rude customer service staff that talk over you also there are no supervisors for you to escalate to.

Sad litany of lies from Aunt Betty trading as Flight Centre.

It is unbelievable that a company known for excellent caring service could blacken their reputation by sending their customers emails full of lies. I am attaching two documents,one from Etihad Airline showing they have fully paid my refund and the other from Aunty Betty/Flight Centre telling me they have not and will not do so for months.
Come on Flight Centre. You can do much better than this.

Don't use this company. They gave a crappy email for credit refund however it does not state the booking fees, expiry date and you have to call them to use it but you can not get in contact with them. Department of Mines (ACCC) believe a faulty credit note is good enough and that $200 cancellation fees on a $450 flight is reasonable. If you believe that this is stupid just go to Slater and Gordon website and fill out the class action form. Hopefully they can help us.

Fraudulent company - avoid, avoid, avoid!

Charged us AUD 21,283.53 and the flights were not even booked through with the airline. The company pocketed the funds, refused to refund and when we disputed this sum with our credit card company, they challenged this dispute!

One of the employees aware of the fraud is called Randall Cook. You have been warned!

We have filed complaints of fraud with the Australian Federal Police and NSW Fair Trading.

Disgraceful

Emailed me twice saying I would receive a refund for my cancelled flights. Now they are refusing. They even said my flights have not been cancelled, which the airline has confirmed they have been for 8 weeks now. This is disgraceful! Never ever use Aunt Betty - biggest mistake of my life.

6 mths to process a refund = no great relationship with airlines. Sort out your service level agreements Aunty Betty otherwise no one will return to use your service. Ensure you have all your boxes ticked to ensure you can give great service. Never again!

Very hard to connect with them, and once connected they say they will come back after 7 days. 7 days become weeks. All I want is my refund. These robbers need to be brought to justice. Don’t make a mistake of booking with these guys in future.

We are Due to fly to Portugal in Early September 2020. My husband called Aunt Betty and we were directed to fill out a form. We requested a CREDIT. Their reply was. If we cancelled We would Incur
a fee of $250.00 per person to Aunt Betty! And a $500 Airline Fee per person So all up a total of $1500.!!!!!
Aunt Betty is owned by Flight Centre!!! How dare you treat us like imbeciles!!!!
