I have the kickass travel oven when I use it with food from fridge not frozen I get a lot of moisture dripping from bottom of the door and all the walls inside have moisture i don’t think this is normal

Hey I’ve got the kickass dcdc charger. It works well charging from the alternator how ever I now have a solar panel and I’m getting the solar input high voltage error code most of the time. I’ve looked on some of your forums and it seems some others have the same problem. Ive put a quality volt metre on the panel and most I’ve seen is 22.8v. Any ideas? Thanks. Zak. EDIT After reading all the comments it seems I’m not the only one.

does the VSR mini 50 amp protect the - caravan battery discharging when engine stops

I have an Arkpac 730 with a 120 deep cycle agm battery. I also have a 250watt kickass solar panel. My question is, can I run an MPPT 40 watt solar regulator with the solar panel to the Arkpak 730 to charge the battery correctly.

When i am parked up for a few days with fridge running and battery gets low on power and the fridge turns of i start to drive and the battery will not recharge just get all the lights across the top of KA dc dc charger flashing. is there a fix for this ?

Hi, I purchased a Kickass vsr switch off you 12/2019 . It has stopped working a few weeks ago .
Could you please tell me what the warranty procedure is ?, as when I purchased I was told that it had a warranty period of 2 years.

Good Morning, Our 110L kickass dual zone fridge/freezer won't cool to the specified temperatures, it is overcooling. Fridge bin(right bin) is set to 5deg and Freezer is set to -5(left bin) but fridge (right bin) is at -20 and freezer (left bin) is at -21. Any ideas/ help please?

Couriersplease are the worst courier service I've ever dealt with. When my item picked up from Australiandirect 4 December, why should it be acceptable for, after waiting 12 days and finally making contact to be promised item to be delivered by 5pm today and it wasn't???. Terrible experience and not the first time.

Wondering if you can leave a solar panel plugged into battery box while driveing

I ordered a Kickass 12V 12 amp 8 stage Automatic Battery Charger (Order No.N100213746) on 1 December 2020 and paid $159.00 plus freight of $17.54.
No sooner had I placed and paid for the order on 1 Dec 2020 I then received an email from Australian Direct to say the sale had had been extended to midnight on the 1 Dec 2020. I noticed the price of the charger was reduced to $139.00 with free delivery.
Would it be possible to have a refund of $37.54 arranged as I ordered and paid before the sale ended.

I recently bought a KADCDC25-AND in your dent and scratch sale on Ebay. My question is in the book that came with it the alt in goes to the aux battery and the out put goes to the start battery? But on your online diagram it is the opposite. So what is the correct plug in process?

Have a kickass 75l dual zone fridge which i purchased second hand but was only about a year old.
My issue is when I'm packing for a trip I have the fridge in my garage running on 240v I cannot get it to cool below about 6deg and it takes days to get it that low ( fridge is packed with cold drinks when turned on )
Once in car running on 12 volt and I get to destination approx 2 hours away iys running fine at -2 and continues to run fine of battery.
Ideas?

After connecting wires from inverter to battery box, indicator on dcdc not working, can someone please advise

I have the kickass dcdc charger and also a 110 watt fixed solar panel connected.. I have been running a fridge full time for 10 months with no issue. Its now showing solar overcharging fault code.. any idea how to combat this. I phoned for help but the fella didn't really help. He said cover some of my panel or park in shade when it happens.. not really applicable in day to day living. Any help would be appreciated.
