I have purchased double bed for my son which he loves it. Unfortunately mattress that I bought was damaged during delivery but with excellent customer service it was soon replaced with the new one! I’m actually looking at the same bed to purchase again, but for my mum’s bedroom. So there you go, going back as I was satisfied with the purchase and customer service!

Be sure you want what you buy. They won’t give you a 100% refund, even if the good haven’t been sent to you yet. Substandard service. Poor service. Poor. Poor. Poor. Poor. Although to their credit the partial refund for the item I never received was processed quickly...

Saw & ordered the Bella Dining table & chairs on line. The staff were wonderful organising delivery to NSW Central Coast during covid lockdown. I assembled myself just needed help lifting the table.

Such an incredible service. Lenka was extremely helpful and provided pictures and quick email replies so I could make the best decision.

I bought four Gaudi chairs in navy blue + walnut. The chairs were super easy to assemble, the instructions were clear, they look awesome in my space, and are comfortable and sturdy. The quality is great, as well as the price.

What I am mostly impressed about is that on Sunday afternoon I was chatting to Lenka about which colour would match my furniture, and by the next day at the same time the chair were already in my place.

Simply great, I recommend B2C highly!

I had an issue with the bed I purchase and I needed a part to be replaced. Alycia from customer support was straight on to it and it had arrived with in a day. She was so helpful and friendly to deal with. I would definitely purchase furniture again, because if there are any problems, they are rectified immediately.

I did a lot of research about buying online furniture to refurb our home. After much investigating l came across B2C Furniture and thought what Great furniture they had and l was very impressed by the large variety of their range as well!! The only thing that l was a bit worried about was the fact that l live in NSW and B2C were based in Victoria, but those concerns were quickly eliminated.
So l rung and spoke to one of the lady sales reps and she was incredibly Lovely and helpful and even sent me screen shots of the colours of the furniture ...

Purchased a bunk bed on line, the helpful service of the staff made ordering easy and the bunk bed is sturdy, was easy to put together and looks great. Would recommend this company.

Product is good but support staff and other staff terrible dont know how to talk to customer... terrible... not happy with staff but happy with product.only one staff member was really helpfull...

I was nervous about ordering a bed online, but I'm glad I did - this is a great quality bed & side table. Beautifully designed, solidly constructed. Simple to put together. Only criticism is the packaging - lots of polystyrene which is hard to recycle.

My wife and I visited the showroom and were greeted with very helpful staff. The products were of high quality at affordable prices and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Bought the aqua Bella chair and 2 seater couch. Color was as pictured and the quality exceptional. Easy to attach legs. Kept me up to date with delivery.

Due to the virus outbreak, our sofa needed to be kept in the warehouse until the delayed settlement of my new apartment is done. B2C helped solved this problem without rushing us and provide prompt information on the Status of delivery as well.

Ordered a Myer king single bed online. Very solid, good quality, doesn't feel cheap at all. Had one small issue with one part of the bed but it was replaced quickly and customer service was fantastic - very quick to respond.

Ordered online. Happy to take to in-laws address during Pandemic and contacted us in advance. Products now in storage till we can move them. Quick process given that Victoria is in lockdown.

The Cruz bed frame and the Paris bedside table are so sturdy with high quality materials and easy to assemble.
There was a slight delay for delivery, but Lenka made it easy for me and tried to rearrange the delivery as I was about receiving my new mattress.
One of the bedside tables was a little bit damaged, I appreciate the customer service I received from Alycia for replacing it quickly and following up the result with me.

Perfect for a small space. Very elegant. The transparent design gives an uncluttered feel to the space.
Assembly was easy but was a bit tricky today get the table perfectly stable.

Good furniture, helpful staff. Bought dining set, bed tables coffee table. We are happy with all the furniture. Just the dining chairs are not the full quality we damaged one of them during the assembly because it was not lined up properly from the production line.

High quality and looked exactly like the image. Very happy with these purchases. I bought 2x arm chairs and I had an issue with one of the arm chairs, but the team had sorted it swapped out within a day. They were really responsive and professional. Very reliable business - would definitely recommend.

Ordered Gaudi Navy chairs. They're exactly as I expected. Excellent quality & wooden parts perfectly matched our dining table & the rest of the lounge furniture!  They're easy to assemble. Big thank you to Lenka who went above & beyond sending me extra photos making it easier to choose right colour I need. Under current climate it's always risky to buy furniture online & making decisions remotely) However with assistance of the team my shopping experience was pleasant & satisfying.

The store was easy to look around and the staff was eager to help and answer any questions I had. When I ordered I was told the bed would take approximately 2 weeks so I was very surprised and happy when it arrived 2 days later.
