Sell you damaged goods
I'm taking these Muppets to court, accusing me of all kinds of stuff, paid $1100 for a phone only to fail a week later and they refusing warranty, I have no option to now sue for damages, not concerned as I've been here before with other cowboy companies and won with costs paid.
I'm really enjoying my S21 ultra phone
The phone arrived in good condition and only took 7 working days to arrive. The condition of the product was as stated.

Terrible customer service and faulty “as new” iPhone
Purchased an “as new” iPhone 13 Pro from Becextech. The original delivery time took around 9 days from the date of purchase and within this time there was minimal updates.
When I received the device it was filthy, very obviously used and not attempted to be cleaned with a ton of dirt and grime in the speakers and even quite clearly on the surface of the device. It was however scratch and scuff free.

... Read morey reset the device myself. After doing so I received a warning to note there was a camera fitted to the device which was not an original part or fitted by apple. When I used the camera, it was very clearly a dodgy part with speckles of smudge on the camera itself when using the third camera and zoom. (Picture included which is a zoomed in photo of a plain white wall - all marks are from the camera) When I contacted becextech they were less than helpful stating that it’s almost normal to have this warning on the iPhone - I will note it was not noted anywhere in the details of what to expect when purchasing an “as new” second hand device. After reading more online, apparently this warning goes away after 2 weeks, I will note the warning was not present when i received the phone, only when I factory reset it, leading me to believe this was a cover up of the fault.Find out how BecexTech Australia compares to other Electronics & Computing Shops

The wording for the $10 feedback reward is extremely sneaky:
"If you have received your item and happy with the product and our service, we will highly appreciate your positive feedback (we really mean it) - positive feedback can go a long way.

We will offer you either:
1. $10 cash back offer Or
2. $20 store credit offer".
The way it is worded gives them plausible deniability, but I suspect a high proportion of positive reviews were biased by this. I'm not going to take their bribe.
Disappointed
Ordered and paid for a phone with a case and screen protector. Only received the phone and the contact us link is failing on their site.

The goods are what I wanted at an excellent price. The communication from Becextech was clear and concise. The item arrived in a good time. I have shopped with Becextech before this purchase and I have always been happy with the service provided.
Avoid
Ordered from them through Kogan. They didn't have the item. I ended up receiving the order after 2 weeks while paying them extra.
Do not waste your time and money.
Placed an order as reviews looked ok, price was good and said product shipped from warehouse in 1-3 business days. After the said days it was obvious they didn’t have stock but they fobbed me off with statements like, “warehouse is looking for it”. I started asking fir a refund. After a week they finally admitted they had no stock on the Friday night and did I want to back order or get a refund, (i’d already asked for a refund), i confirmed i wanted a refund. Finally gained refund almost three weeks from ordering. I will NEVER use them again. They use your money for as long as they can get away with it. It's not an exaggeration. I've always had a great buying and support experience from Becextech. Whether it's a product question, order/ship/return, they are always super helpful
Pleasant online shopping experience
Puchased a Galaxy A53 on the 1st March. Good communication. Tracking was a bit vauge. I recieved the phone on the 9th March in rural Victoria. Pretty good. The phone was well protected without using excessive material. Good job!

The first time I purchased from BecexTech, around 5 years ago, they had advertised the newly released model of a camera lens that I needed. It was at a price that seemed very good - a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than elsewhere. After a long wait (from memory it was weeks), the lens arrived and it was the old model. I complained immediately and amazingly - all traces of the images of the new model lens disappeared from the site and they did not admit fault and wouldn't replace the lens with the advertised one - luckily I had screen-shots.

Eventually they agreed to refund me and I had to spend money to return the lens via post, to the people I had seen in person, because they 'could not accept it in person'. It took me more than 6 months to finally get a refund so that I could buy the lens I actually had purchased based on the advertising. This brings me to now - I had wanted to buy 2 smart phones to replace old breaking ones for my daughter and wife. BecexTech had them at a great price and I wondered if 5 years had made their business any better. I purchased 2 phones, with cases added to the order and selected express delivery since I was due to go overseas and I wanted my daughter to be contactable without a broken phone. After 3 days, without notification of any kind, I looked up my order to try to find the tracking details, thinking it surely would have been sent express by then. The notification on my account said they had no stock and that if I paid an extra $800, I could get a larger capacity version of the same model. Of course I complained at this and they did offer me a whole $40 off the $800, Thanks. Since I was running out of time - I reluctantly agreed and paid extra, knowing that it would already take many days to get money back if I chose the refund option. It took a further 10 days for the phones to arrive - so they are certainly not Australian stock and come from overseas. I had pretty much known this as the Australian contact is pretty much just for processing money in an Australian bank account - maybe for tax reasons or something. They had assured me that express would be around 3 days... So, when the phones arrived of course there were no cases with them as purchased in the original order. I waited over 12 hours for a support response - which said there were no cases in the order, when it clearly said in my order and on the invoice that there were. Then I got a further response from a different support agent who had dealt with my case previously, that there had not been any stock of the cases so they did not send them and would refund the price... My advice - there are plenty of options out there at actual shops where you can get what you want. It might cost a little bit extra than the advertised price from BecexTech, but you're likely getting actual service and the right product and can get it on the spot. This company has to go down as one of the very worst I have ever had to deal with and I won't be trying with them a third time no matter how much the price is reduced from others. You will eventually get the product, in that regard they are a legitimate business - but you'll need to go through pain first. This is my real experience - which is why I'm taking the time to write it. Maybe their service will improve from it or at least others will know what they are in for to get a small discount. My last note on this is that the main support person dealing with my case was always polite and resolved the issues - however, there should not be issues for her to have to resolve every single time.I'll add that BecexTech offered a 10% discount on my next order for submitting a positive review, which is why I clicked the 'incentivised' option. Actually it's the opposite.

Two phone sent both DOA long delays and then refused to refund all money!
I bought an as new s20 ultra, it arrived and the camera did not work properly (would not focus in normal portrait range) eventually they sent RA and I returned pho e three weeks later the replacement came with missing parts and the USB did not work properly (no fast charging) I sent this one back with all accessories and they eventually agreed to refund bit they wanted to keep $39 saying I sent the accessories to the wrong address. I opened a dispute in PayPal and becextech made a thinly veiled threat that they would charge higher postage if I didn't accept the offer they were making (I have all emails). I decided to take the reduced offer and put this down to a very bad company who NOBODY should deal with!

I bought "As new" but it was perfect. Easy to find and compare phones and buy the right one for me. Delivered in good time for a great price. Highly recommend!
Not Australian
My Samsung flip phone is not recognised by Samsung in Australia and therefore not covered by a Samsung warranty. Sand was caught in the hinge and I took it to a Samsung Service Centre. They were happy to fix everything under warranty until they checked the phone's model number details and it is blocked in Australia. It is not an Australian phone. For a BecexTech service there are postal costs and no guarantee that it will be fixed without payment even though it is under warranty. Samsung Australia however, were happy to completely repair phone.

So even though the website says Becex Australia it would appear that they don't sell Australian recognised products - well at leas the Galaxy Z Flip phones. So double check and maybe do not buy online as I did.Satisfied customer
I have been looking for a replacement D850 Nikon and not only were Becextech the cheapest, I didn't need to prepay for it when I ordered it. I simply ordered it and it came. Then paid for it. Real happy. Will certainly trade again with them.
Phone Was Not "As New" but Used
The Oppo Find X3 Pro arrived quickly but I was instantly disappointed to find the Gorilla Glass screen to have scratches and pock marks way beyond their As New description saying it might have a minor mark.
This is a badly used phone as Gorilla Glass is tough but ironically the back of the phone is perfect.
I also did not receive the case and protector I ordered.
I immediately contacted their customer service who replied that they would get the warehouse response and contact me.

I bought a phone from them, was told it would be delivered within a set time frame and had been processed. It did not come. 2wks later they gave me another time frame and told me it had been shipped. It did not arrive. I followed up and it turns up they didn’t even have the product in stock that they sent me! Incredibly dodgey. It has been 4wks and I am still waiting to see if a phone will come or I will get a refund.
Samsung dual sim S22 ultra
It's a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra so it's good.
I responded to an add offering a dual sim device but so far I can find no evidence of 2 Sims (esim or otherwise)

Scam of $20
I have waited around 10 days then received my galaxy phone,and i added Aus $20 to buy the phone case and protecter,but i didnt receive it.Also i called costomer service,but nobody answered.

So dodgy!
Bought a 'refurbished iphone' that ended up being damaged. Took so long for them to send the order in the first place. Then when told a replacement had been sent there was no sign of it coming for weeks. Eventually got my refund but would never deal with this company again. Kogan need to remove them from their site. Pretty sure they just make a sale then try source the product 2nd hand and its not even refurbished.
Great product for great price
Ordered a refurbished phone S20 FE to replace the ageing S9 and everything was smooth from start to finish. Product arrived before time but the only downside was the charger wasnt too great but we had many c type chargers to spare around the house. Website was easy to navigate through and pay point was secure. I will definately buy again from Bexetech in the near future

BecexTech had an amazing delivery service, manage to receive the product within 4 business days. The product is put in a safe package to prevent damages during delivery. Brand new not refurbished or anything like that.

Fantastic experience with the on-line purchase of the Sony camera from BecexTech Australia along with the after sale supports. The on-line platform is so user-friendly. It provides sufficient information/details about the products for me to make the right choices. Delivery processes including item tracking were transparent, informative and reliable. I got my item within the specific timeline and most importantly it arrived in good form.
I was also impressed with the after sales supports I have from Caesar - one of the support team members.

Stay away from BecexTech they are miss leading and/or incompetent. This is the most frustrating on-line purchase ever. I ordered a Huawei p30 pro, order number 137200. The order initially was impressive, a smooth digital transaction and all the the following communication was positive, big tick here, they are good at taking your money! It soon became a car crash. The next day I discover that the tracking number was incorrect, I contact them, they send me a different tracking number with a different company, now I am starting to think ok either dodgy, miss leading or incompetent. This is a real consignment / tracking number but there is nothing in their system. No sender information, No destination information, Nothing. The con note is blank!! How is this supposed to work. We are approaching 14 days now and the phone had not even been received by the courier company. I contact them again, lots of apologies and promises. I give it three more days, still no movement nor does the con note with the courier company have details. Lucky I used PayPal, after lodging a complaint and a refund request my buyer protection kicked in. I got a full refund, lucky I used PayPal. I suspect they they never had the phone, perhaps not in stock and on back order. They were telling me they had it but never really had it I suspect. Its impossible for them to take 17 days to get it to a courier. After getting the refund I purchased from Catch, the phone was delivered to me in 4 days. You do get what you pay for. BecexTech are the cheapest for a reason. Stay away from this companyTerrible customer service
