Purchased a bed in store, one staff was great but the other communicated in a way that was confronting and in a blaming manner for a question that was straightforward. I'm not usually easily offended but it was enough to made me somewhat upset. The other staff then helped out.
I proceeded with the purchase though and was quite happy with how payment and delivery was arranged. Email and phone communication that followed were good. The items arrived in good condition and the quality of materials were as expected and described. I suggest improving on in-store customer service.

We did last minute shopping for mattresses and they delivered. Good mattresses. Reasonable prices, fast delivery and good service. Thanks.

Purchased at the Stanmore store. Despite being nearly closing time, the staff were friendly and helpful and didn't rush us as we tested examined various sofa beds. We purchased a display model at a discount which was still in good condition.
Delivery was provided free of charge due to a special campaign, which was a pleasant surprise. The only (minor) negative was that the initial delivery was the wrong product. However, the right product was delivered the very next day without any issue. Overall a positive purchasing experience.

Annandale store - Giselle extremely helpful-certainly will return. Delivery team arrived around time indicated, unloaded items carefully and placed items as instructed .

The delivery guys were excellent! It was tricky getting the old bed frame out and my instructions when I purchased the bed the didn't filtered down to them but they solved the problem well. Thanks guys.

Received my sofa bed in good nick. The guys delivering though were rushing like mad, very unfriendly and reluctant to let me inspect the goods. For this reason I could not give the high marks I would like.

Purchased upholstered double bed frame in Annandale store with assistance of very helpful sales staff. Very helpful advice and support in-store made choosing a mattress and getting a bed made to our specifications a very satisfying experience. It wasn’t easy to get right and could have been very traumatic but the staff guided us through the process. The delivery men were also very professional.

I purchased an upholstered queen bed frame. It was made in parts because it has storage drawers underneath. I paid over $2000 for the bed. Other shops offer the same price for a joined product. I wish I had checked it advance

The bed we bought is very solid, and well built. It was great value with similar beds at some other stores at least 30% more expensive. The sales staff were friendly and easy to deal with as was the process of buying the bed and organising a delivery. The bed was built and delivered faster than promised in less than 3 weeks from purchase. Very satisfied with the product and the store

Went in the greenacre store to look at custom made bedframes, the beds are amazing, The customer service there is outstanding by Shane/Colin . they listen to what i wanted and showed me in the right place. My bed is amazing . Thanks guys . Also the delivery drivers have A1 service . Very well dressed and where smiling from start to finish.

I went into their store to see if the Peppa Velvet bed was as good as it looked online... and it was! The staff ( Sandy and Collin ) were beyond helpful! I was looking at a couple heavy bedside tables on the other side of the store and they didn't skip a beat when they picked them up and moved them next to the bed I was buying so I could make a better decision. Amazing customer service! I of course bought the bedside tables too and all three look gorgeous in my new bedroom.

Refused to honour the price on the website, said it was incorrect and therefore I should pay more. When you make mistakes you need to fix them.....not just ignore them.
