Product [mattress and bed] satisfactory, but the wrong items were delivered[bed] 3 times which soured the experience somewhat. A problem with the supply chain, / dispatch warehousing, one would assume . Eventually, Shane took control of matters ensuring the correct order was delivered. bed was assembled free of charge, as a amends for the inconvenience . which was appreciated . all staff at all times courteous and helpful.

From point of sale Shane was polite, knowledgeable, patient and generous with discounts. The delivery was easy and perfect. Marcus and mate were top blokes! Quick, efficient and respectful. Ive bought a few beds from bedworks and they never disappoint. Keep up the great work team!!!

I had seen the mattress I wanted on the Bedworks site but wanted to be sure by trying it instore. I visited the one on Parramatta Road at Camperdown to test it out. Great service, an awesome price for the King size mattress and base, and delivered on the day I selected. Very happy.

We purchased a queen size gas lift bed frame. The material is PU material and sea foam color. The staffs were very friendly and installed the bed very quickly and professionally. The design of gas lift base is very impressive. It is a huge storage space compare with the other brand and same style, due to the depth of the bed frame. And it is easy to lift up for female . Love it so much.

I first found the product on the Bedworks website. We had previously purchased a mattress we were happy with in a Queen size. I needed to upgrade a single bed mattress we had. The price was excellent compared to the same style at other retailers. I called up, placed the order over the phone and 2 days later the mattress was delivered.
