The bed quality is good for what I paid, the mattress is very very firm, I hoping it will soften in time, I’m sure it will, it feels like it’s decent quality!

Amazing! We bought a king mattress from the showroom and they really went above and beyond to get us not only the perfect mattress but a warranty that sounded too good to be true, and it was true. They replaced a mattress for us and let us sleep on it until a new one arrived a whole two weeks! Great service. Great sales and delivery team. Very reliable timing when delivering. I was very pleased to find that Bedworks sell Australian made beds, made with sustainable timbers at a price we could afford. We've just received our two matching Queen size bases. They were customised to our specifications by a slight modification of one of the many styles that Bedworks offer. They are very, very nice, and exactly what we were looking for! Store staff were patient and helpful and the delivery guys were careful with the beds and arrived when they said they would. We are very happy!

My flatmate advised me to go Bedworks shop (52 Parramatta Rd, Stanmore NSW 2048) as I need to buy a mattress. And I found what I wanted. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They also helped me found a bed that I wanted. I also bought a sofa in that shop. I am very happy and satisfied with what I bought and feel so lucky. I have assembled my bed. I found quite easy than I thought.

Visited the store in Stanmore for chest of drawers. They didn't have many in stock but suggested I visited the store at Greenacre after showing me their catalog. I visited Greenacre the next day where I was able to choose from a large variety. The staff were friendly and professional and I arranged purchase and delivery easily. The furniture was delivered on time as promised. Very impressed!

MOST Helpful staff guided us around every sofa bed we wanted to see, operate and sample.
We were not rushed or pushed into a decision.
The delivery was on time and efficient.

very pleased with instore service and delivery which was on time and very courteous for my very elderly parents
however not being able to pay by credit card over the phone was very surprising and disappointing
i had to return to the store to physically use my card which meant an extra hour traveling time since i do not live with my parents

Navigation was easy as I knew exactly what I was looking for. Range was very good, and the quality of what was purchased was of a very high quality happy.

Under bed draw not made to specs, was on wheels instead of runners, no instructions for assembly no assembly bolts provided, delivery driver had to find some a bit disappointed with service

The make solid, good quality wooden beds. It takes a very little time from order to the final delivery & installation. We have ordered 2 king size beds from them - one after another. Happy with both of them.

I liked the sofa bed couch but it was broken in the second year, - Bedworks provided a nice customer service and replaced it, although the replacement took a little while. Recommended...

We ordered the bed head on 4 January 2022. Was told it will be ready in 10 days. We told we want it delivered mid March as the house was under construction at the time of order. When we got the house keys, I rang end of February to let them know to deliver, was told the manufacturer is not making that bed anymore. I live in Penrith & had to go in the shop in Bankstown to get the refund. Right from start on 4 January 2022 the sales person wasn’t helpful at all.

The quality is superb. Fully Australia made and you can tell! Highly recommend the Bankstown store. They know their products. Also you can customise the bed so easily. Easy assembly.

Well set out store with plenty of options for mattresses, beds, storage, bedheads. Very helpful staff and incredibly patient with us and our indecisiveness on colour of bedhead. It the end the finished product was exactly what we were after and the fabric choice was perfect. Thanks so much for all the help.
