needed 2 beds - Queen and Single, bases and mattresses, and they HAD to be delivered the next day. Spwnt 15 minutes with sales person who was great, walked the store, found what i wanted. He confirmed that it was all available and would be delivered the next afternoon.
I received an sms and call from the driver 1 hour prior to delivery and he arrived on time and carried everything inside into the rooms that the beds were going in.

All in all, very professional and well run operation based on my experience.

I have gone to Bedworks Stanmore for my last 3 beds. The staff are awesome and the bed range is large with plenty to choose from. My order was made and delivered a bit quicker than anticipated, and the drivers were courteous and helpful. 5 stars!

Store a little confusing simply because they cannot stock every bed. Range very good. Bed is very solid and when I get to use it, hopefully comfortable. I assembled it and only question is I had a couple of Allen bolts over.

Purchased without seeing product. Sale was done over the phone! Next day delivery. Excellent experience, staff brilliant. Delivery guys amazing, took the time to explain how to operate the underneath bed. Definitely recommend Bed works.

Bought my whole house without Bedworks, fantastic quality, and superior service. Fully delivered and installed, happy customer!! Went into Stanmore, was assisted with their showroom stock and showed a variety of colour schemes and catalogues.

Huge showroom. Plenty of parking. The prices were great for my limited budget, yet it was still a good quality mattress and base. I needed it delivered on a specific day to which they committed. It was delivered as promised.

Entering the store was confusing because of the vast amount of stock in a small area, I had come prepared with print outs of the mattress`s I wanted to look at (glad I did) George at the main Greenacre store helped me find the mattress I wanted (and it was none of my print outs) "OMG" the comfort of the mattress is amazing my wife and I sleep so much better and don`t wake up with aches or pains, Thanks George. Not forgetting the delivery guys they also need a mention very capable and friendly took the old mattress (for a very small fee) but at the end of the day the guys were great. To wrap up I had no problems with Bed Works and I would recommend this company before any big named bedding place 10 out of 10 guys.

I ordered a king size bed head for the main bedroom and was so happy with it that I ordered a second queen size bed head for the second bedroom. Both bed heads are absolutely beautiful and the quality is amazing. The ordering process was easy and the fabric samples was sent to me by post so I could choose a colour. The colours look beautiful in both bedrooms. I recommend bedheads to anyone looking to furnish their bedrooms.

Needed a Queen bed and mattress immediately since guest were coming the following day. Picked up mattress that afternoon and bed was delivered on time next day. Couldn't have asked for better service and was also given a great discount.
