I've used a lot of courier companies and bhf beats the rest by far . They are very helpful and polite . They met my time frame requirements even on short notice . I will never use any other courier company again.Bhf beats all the rest .My company now runs smoothly thanks BHF

I have gathered many quotes for couriers at work and found bhf to be very competitive. They are professional whenever I deal with them and able to deliver quicker and cheaper than most. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go out of their wy to help. I would definitely recommend them.

BHF Couriers transported 3 items for me to 3 different addresses. They were lively to deal with and all items arrived as promised. I would use their excellent service again no problems. There are people that aren't happy with anything and love to exaggerate and complain. I found this company fantastic ! Thanks for a great service and I'll use you again!!
My products arrived on time as promised.

Tried to get a parcel sent from west australia to nsw. Parcel got picked up 6 days later when promised would be next day. While trying to sort it out with customer service was spoken to rudely and was made to feel like it was my fault. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a good courier service.

I had a good experience with this company. They picked up my packages from Melbourne on a Monday and delivered to Sydney the following Friday. That's a five day turnaround and I'm very pleased with the service and the staff were always obliging. Thanks BHF Couriers for a job well done!

I try to report the fact without using offensive language.

1. Their driver was more than 45 minutes late. We are in business and hiring people for the project.
2. We ordered a van but the car they organised was a 1 ton ute. As result most of our products were wet and we had to spend a lot of time to wipe and clean up.
3. Their driver took too long from our office to the destination. We left our office almost at the same time but we had to wait for their truck to arrive nearly 1 hour. Did he get lost?
4. They later took extra money from my credit card without any notice. Are they charging me for the extra time? I asked to explain but have not heard anything.

Never give them your credit card details.

Poor service

Do not do business with this people. Their driver managed to randomly drop my pallet on the showgrounds somewhere. I gave them clear instructions where and what had to be delivered and made sure everything was clear to them. Eventually I found the pallet with my stock after searching for nearly two hours in the heat. Do not do business with these people, they are rude, do not help and just want to take your money!! Worst customer service in the world!!

Do not do business with this company!! I had parcels delivered to WA from QLD and had specifically packed and measured the boxes, I was given a quote, then payed $500+, then a week later I was billed again! when I tried to find out why, they lied and told me the boxes were larger than I had said, which was a total and utter lie as I knew exactly what I had packed and they were two different sizes, but BHF came back saying they were both the same larger size! so thats why they stole another $115!! I had facts that they were indeed different sizes, The lady on the phone was very rude and dismissive without any care for taking your money. And basically said bad luck! Disgusting!!
