I was at fault and the other innocent party went through her own insurance as she has had enough. My car accident was 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an answer as to what's going on.

How long did it take people to get their login after they had paid for their insurance? I've waited about 24 hours now and really need my certificate of currency so I can pick up my new car, but still haven't received any correspondence. Can anyone help with timelines?

My login was there not long after but not all my policies were attached to the login had to make up another email to get other policy up in case we needed it
