SO happy with quality of finished product
We have just received the keys a week ago on our Bradford built home in Lockleys.
From day one we were impressed with the way Bradford focus on customer satisfaction. Our original contact at Bradford, Neil was knowledgeable, passionate about the company (he built with them), and was genuinely interested and excited in learning more about our plans and brief.
The very first concept the Bradford architect came up with blew-us away and it was obvious they had considered the practicalities of our families needs and wants.

Bradford Homes - Tip Top Quality at an Affordable Price
I can describe my experience from the first meeting with Kym Amos to completion & handover has been a dream. Everyone I’ve worked with has been fantastic & was happy to answer my copious amount of questions and I felt we were a team. Everyone in the office Tara, Bek, and Melinda were all just fabulous.

Bradford Made My Dreams A Reality!
I honestly could not be happier with the friendly service and communication I have enjoyed since signing up with Bradford. As a first home buyer/builder, the process can be very daunting and I have heard horror stories from friends who have also built but I have had no issues and feel very reassured by a company which has such a great reputation to assure everything for my house is done with such integrity and high standard. standard of quality so I was not up for any nasty surprises during selections which was fantastic. A big thank you to Gary and Manuela along with Bek and Tara and of course my site manager Aaron who have all been so wonderful to me during this exciting time. Exceptional Service, Quality and Value!
Exceptionally happy with the service at our first appointment with the Bradford Team. Our sales consultant Neil has delivered and presentated to all of our expectations and beyond. He’s knowledge and honest opinions have made this process seamless. Thank you Neil. The second meeting with design/draftsman Travis was welcoming, thorough and pitched just to our liking. We never felt rushed, questioned or uneasy at any point. My OCD was put to ease by Travis when he found a solution to all of my crazy plans and ideas which I’m greatly appreciative of. Very much looking forward to our next appointment and then the building stages of our dream home. Feeling grateful we have found Bradford Homes.

I am very happy with Bradford Homes, their communication, administration and selection process was excellent, everything was done professionally. Thank you to Katrina, Roxanne and Miro you have made the entire process enjoyable. They took care of the Demolition, subdivision and full approval, I only signed the contract a few months ago and both foundations have already been poured. My home is estimated to be complete by March 2018 which is amazing!
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build with a reputable builder who will give you outstanding customer service and a quality home. Thank you

Great Customer Service!
Our home was signed up in April and is going to site next week, The process couldn't have been easier from the first meeting with the building consultant, through to working with the administration staff.
The selections consultant did an amazing job through the entire process, it couldn't of been easier, to top it all off, 3 months after signing a contract to build my beautiful new home, the footings are commencing next week! Our council application sailed through the council administration process, with no nasty surprises such as large footing variations.
Bradford Homes I would highly recommend to anyone who is currently contemplating building a new home
