Steve was punctual with time and provided excellent service. He was able to explain the situation and provide a solution quickly. We are very happy with the serviceman and Camtec.

Once Camtec got the work order.
Malcolm attended on time and quickly repaired the washing machine.
The one issue I had was with Product care.
Who were slow to approve the repair.

We had Steve, a Samsung/Camtec Texhnician, come and service our washing machine, he kept me informed with a text and phone call prior to attending, then was very fast and efficient in his work, very nice and explained everything.......he also was the same tech that fixed our fridge a few months earlier, Steve’s service is amazing!!!!!!!!

They were very un helpfull. Buy one part and on installing it, tell me I need another part. Price going up. Machine still not working.

Seven visits, four new parts and we still have a fridge that does not work!!! We have lived without a fridge for over a month and Camtech will still not report back to Warranty that they can't fix our fridge so we can get a replacement. On top of that the way I have been treated and spoken by the technicians in my own house has left me in tears. What an absolute disgrace to leave a family of four with a pregnant woman living without a fridge for a month!

I had an issue with my oven under warranty and I called Camtec Canning Vale to come out to see if needed any repair the technician Sam was prompt, he arrived when they said he would, friendly and courteous. He seemed to be very knowledgeable, took time to explain the issues and fixed it on the spot. Very happy with the service. I have no hesitation in recommending Camtec.

Steve from Camtec (Adelaide) was professional and did a great job replacing the part of the Samsung fridge which was all iced-up - apparently it is a known problem. All done in under an hour.

May we congratulate your company and in particular Sam for an outstanding job on our property, the effort and experience that took time to rewired and aligned our Solar Panels to current specification. great job well done.

the unit has been awesome for nearly 5 years then just stopped.
