Very poor and disgusting warranty
Very poor and disgusting warranty of their parts, we claim a fridge warranty from samsung and camtech replace a new parts and after 4 months the parts they been installed are not working again, we ask for warranty for what they installed and been told that they only give 3 months warranty.

Fridge freezer damage
Refrigerator tech came asked problem with my fridge/freezer called another person who told him Gas he proceeded to unscrew plastic panel inside the back of my freezer used his screw driver to pry it off cracked the plastic casing of my freezer and now the panel does not sit flush at the back of the freezer cause its now bent .... Oh and I did say NO to them actually re-gasing my fridge freezer after my first experience with them don't need more damage done

Poor warranty on there work
Had my waeco fridge thermistor replaced by camtec at a cost of $253 which is ok but within 7 months and only used for five weekends it has the same problem. Gave camtec a call and was told i would have to pay to repair the repair and they only have a 3 month warranty on there work. Not happy.

Failed to do the job
I brought in my Rinnai Portable LPG Heater for repair on Thursday 12/04/2018 at Canning Valve Office, as Gas was not flowing but unit sparked.
On Tuesday I was told that the unit was ready to be picked up but parts needed to repair it were no longer available, and the unit had not been repaired.
When I picked it up the service details stated,
“ Inspected the unit, The Rinnai heater has got a ignition pack faulty and the gas valve is faulty to be use it is not letting any gas through so parts needed are ignition pack and gas valve. Parts are NLA, unable to repair”

To understand what the problem was I went to a Gas Plumber and showed him the invoice. He took the front and back covers off the unit and stated that no one had inspected it as the Fan area was clogged with dust, as was the area under the filaments. He cleaned inside and removed dust from the Jets and the pilot jet and blew out all dust and hoses. He then connected it to gas and it started first time, he left it on high, tested it several times, and it worked perfectly. We have connected the heater at home and it works as it should. The worst company ever! Don’t use them!
I purchased Euro fridge 2 years ago and just found the compressor didn’t work before the Christmas last year. We rang Euro fridge and got the Camtecs number. They sent technician come to fix the issue. The guy came in and only spent less than 2min and said the fridge seal needs to be replaced. He didn’t even bother to spend 1 more minute to check if compressor is ok. After that we paid the money and labour fee, it took them 3 months to get the right seal shipped to WA. It shipped the wrong seal first time and try to get a dirty old seal install...Read more
ed on my fridge the second time. Finally they replaced the new seal the third time, and found out it is not the issue!!!! They sent another technician and found out it is the fridge fan issue not the Seal!! And they have charged me heaps labour fee and seal cost and tried to charge me again for the Fan and labour! We have been too patient and nice to this company! I will not go back or recommend any one to this company!2 comments
The problem has been fixed. Camtec management has refunded me part of my money as compensation. I decided to buy a new fridge won’t try to fix appliance again.

Disastrous
Five weeks waiting for repairs to my washing machine, with a load of washing stuck in it. Two failed appointment meetings, the latest they just didn’t turn up. When I phoned to ask why I’m told the technician was sick. Not happy at all.

Didn’t do the job
I took a caravan fridge to have a service done it is over a week since it was taken i called Camtec three times and was told that they would ring me back but never did I eventually talked to the service manager who told me it would be two days before they could look at it, the manager offered to refund our deposit but I was quick to let her know that they (having taken our deposit) are obligated to complete the job..our travel plans have been thrown in turmoil and we are still waiting ..very poor

Didn't get back
A technician came out to check out a faulty oven. He identified the problem and said they would get back to me with a quote once they knew the cost of the spares. One of the parts was no longer available so somebody cancelled the job.
Only problem is, they didn't bother letting me know.
I give them a 2 because the technician seemed competent, but no more because no more was done so they don't deserve more.
