Did a job for them over 6 weeks ago and have not been paid $150 . [name removed] is now ignoring messages and calls . I’m sure this company isn’t doing well and that’s what they deserve!

The only people who have rated this place are fake contacts, I hope this business goes bankrupt and they are all charged with fraud . Looks like a complete waste of time and money from previous reviews . Don't waste your time !

Always late, bad service and loads of over charging. They offer a great deal to get you in. Than, when you receive the first invoice, the surprises come. They break the deal made before without consultation you.

I dont know how this company is still operating! We offer same day service to our customer but due to this courier company its not being met! I am totally disgusted in the way they run this service and their customer support is useless!

The drivers are punctual, efficient and very easy to deal with, which is exactly what is required

Most jobs picked up in a timely manner, a few take longer to be allocated but are delivered on time.

Had one of the worst experiences with a courier to date with this lot.
They were late, driver and their customer service did not seem to know what was going on when I questioned them.
During the unload, was told by the driver that his office tells the drivers to not help unload trucks.
Load of absolute rubbish.
Will boycott due to the poor customer experience.

Excellent service, constant updates provided so i know know where my parcels are.
tracking system excellent, can send my customer real time information.
Far better than starcktrack's sameday courier service. Capital have been very reliable.

Beware of capital transport they give you a price and charge you triple - worst experience ever you would much rather go to Civic Transport or Jet Couriers. They have charged me $60.00 for waiting, how appalling.

Baggage delayed by Emirates so did not arrive at Perth airport when my flight did. Was informed my baggage would arrive the next day at around 9.oo pm. On following up on this information I spoke to an extremely rude gentleman from Melbourne who said my baggage could arrive at 1.00 am on Tuesday morning at my house. When it was pointed out to the gentleman that it was early in the morning he was unconcerned and said I would have to stay awake. Not a way to run a business I believe and to think someone should stay awake until after midnight is unbelievable. I was also told to contact Emirates as they only followed instructions. One cannot believe this lack of customer service. Tracking information and ability appears to be unavailable.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a transport company. Not only did they send the wrong vehicle for the pick up they also charged me $130 over the quoted price after the pushy rep convinced me to give them a shot. I'm going to stick with Jet Couriers.

I had a package delivered by Capital Transport and they were great! When the driver called me to say he would be 10 minuets, I wasn't home, however the driver stayed and waited for me to get back home and was extremely patient and polite. Such a great service! Thankyou Capital Transport!

This company doesn’t pay its drivers.That is why they never keep a driver more than 3 weeks.3 weeks is when they 1st get paid.Then the run for their lives.This company will run out of suckers to work for them sooner or later

When book a job show $89 plus fuel. Got bill cost $190. happen many times. Driver try make longer pick up time. He walk away for 30 min then charge over time.

These guys turned up with leaking trucks and broken equipment that couldn't do the job we booked them for then charged us a ridiculous amount. We will never again use Capital Transport

Our company has been harassed by different members of the sales team. Multiple calls and a visit when we have told them we are not interested and to stop calling. We will never use this company due to their rudeness and lack of respect.
