How long does it take to build the Sheraton 48 double story home?

The build day allowance for a Sheraton 48 is 308 days. An additional 28 days is added to this if the project is a knock down re-build project.

The Sacramento 31 is on display at both our Officer and Wollert display villages. The land size at Wollert is 512m2. The land size at Officer is 519m2. We do not have the Sacramento retreat on display but if you speak with a member of our sales team they will be happy to provide further assistance.

Carlisle home team, we are building in Aurora estate, at the time we are in lockup stage. I am living in New South Wales. It’s my first home, I came last week to see my build. I have noticed my Doorbell position is appropriate, because it’s facing towards northeast, facing lots of sunlight. I have a plan to install “Doorbell camera” after handover. I have requested to my CLE to reposition Doorbell to the other side of the frond door so it will not affect the sunlight and I will get a better view to my driveway and front yard. I have noticed this problem when I visit my house last week. I know I have signed contract and hard to make any changes afterwards. But things like this how do you know when you looking at the drawings. My CLE didn’t accept this change and she refused to do this for me. I am so disappointed as I am paying money to build my house and they can’t change a switch position hardly one meter. Job- J1008436 please need help or advice. Thank you

We really liked the beechwood 27 in Carlisle except for lengths of Theatre and Masterbed. Can we increase the lengths of them by 0.5Mtrs?

Before deposit the staff at element estate were very helpful but after they doesn’t care about any thing.

Messed up contract which is still not fixed yet
We were advised to go to another office to sign the contract because they dont have time to help us.
We were misbehaved by sales consultant because of their own communication gap.

We are building illawara Grand 36, we have paid initial deposit and got a quote with some modifications to design. We have done color browse (1.5 hrs) appointment, and we would be doing longer appointment next month. Site survey and soil test has been done last week. When would we know actual site costs? We would like to decide to add on, options like refrigerated cooling and alfresco extension to our quote after knowing actual site costs ; is it possible ?

Secondly, roughly how long will it take Carlisle to build our house?

There are many factors which contribute to how quickly we can begin the construction of your home including finance and council or developers requirements.
We suggest you contact your CLE to further discuss your building timeframe which will be noted in your HIA contract.
