Review Update - Casaview and Brindabella kitchen were very reactive and apologetic when they found out what had happened to me. According to Brindabella and Casaview, they had paid someone from Polytech to come out to fix up my doors and they had assumed that the doors were fixed. I have to say that I have communicated previously with polytech and their customer service is lack-lustre at best. It wouldn't surprise me if they do not follow through on warranty.

There was no follow-up call to ask why we didn't proceed. Their basic sales tool,their website,has barely been touched been updated and their pricing was non-competitive. They not appearing to be customer-focussed and are not the builder I'd chose.
Their standard finish as displayed was that little bit better than other project builders.
Not one of the large project builders rife with delays.

I just received my keys last week to my home in Middleton Grange (Park Bridge). Casaview was awesome. Lucky I didn’t pick any other builder there, as I’ve seen and heard some dreadful stories in the estate.

From their construction manager, to their architects & management team they didn’t disappoint. This is the first home we built and were extremley cautious of building with anyone given the horror stories you hear. Casaview homes have been fantastic. From the initial sales person at Mt Annan who was bubbly, personable and had great ideas, through the initial draft stages with the architect who was very polite, helpful and responsive. Colour selection was a fun experience and the consultant went above and beyond more than once supplying photos of items etc. Pre-construction and variations were stress free and informative and delivered with an easy going style. Very happy with the final product. Actually they delivered better then expected and on time.
Sales person I dealt with was excellent, he did the tender presentation, so we were on the same wavelength thru-out. If there were anything missing he was on to it straight away. Head office staff were extremely helpfuland deligent and fortright.
