I ordered a sofa from Coco Republic a couple of months ago. Claudio in the Fortitude Valley, Brisbane store was very helpful in helping me decide on which colour to purchase without being pushy. It arrived on time 4 weeks later. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the stitching on one part of the sofa. I emailed Concierge but after a week hadn’t received a reply. I went into store and spoke to Teri who was extremely helpful and advised I’d receive a call within 48 hours. I did receive the call and Coco replaced my sofa within 4 weeks. Apart from the fact I didn’t hear from their Concierge initially I was very impressed with Teri in store. I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing customer service for the Gold Coast Store. We bought the Vittoria Sofa back in February. It had a thread loose which the leather doctor came out to fix. Then we noticed black tan marks after some back and forth Coco Republic replaced no questions asked. Our second replacement sofa arrived with the tag now etched into the fabric leather from the way it was stored on the side. A quick phone call to the store and lodgement of another claim through the claim service team and a new sofa was shipped. It has taken a while February -> September but we were never without a couch and could use as normal. Very happy in the end third time perfection.

Most comfortable couch ever and in store purchasing experience at Balgowlah showroom was really enjoyable
The floor lay out at the Balgowlah was excellent and inviting. Loved easy access to a coffee next door ! Entire experience was wonderful
