We purchased an Induction Cooktop and are very happy with the result. The cooktop has not been installed yet so this review is about CompleX Kitchen's service. The price was competitive and included all delivery and insurance costs. We had some initial concerns about importing the cooktop into Australia but the shipping was extremely quick and the packaging was superb - no chance of breakage. The overall service was excellent and we will be using CompleX Kitchen again in the future and recommending them to our friends.

Ordered new AEG oven on-line which was half the cost of local suppliers. Initially too good to be true but following research, etc. of Complex nothing adverse found. Amazing, item delivered in 8 days from Hungary to Melbourne, Aust. at no additional cost. Item very securely wrapped in lots of bubble wrap followed by actual screwed wooden box which prevented any damage. Would highly recommend Complex Kitchen. Very impressed!

After weeks of visiting outlets I decided to buy online with Complex kitchens. My decision made final as they use Paypal and insurance is offered through paypal with money refunded. I took the two years optional warranty and my goods arrived safe and sound after approximately two weeks. I was a little nervous with the goods taking a while to arrive but the friendly staff responded to my emails and reassured me.

After surfing the net for a while, I discovered complex kitchen. I found them very helpful and pricing was within my budget. From ordering to delivery was approximately 2 weeks and was worth the wait, my wife was smiling like a Cheshire cat and as the goods arrived in wooden crates and completely undamaged.

After a bit of hesitation I gave it a go and could not been happier. Saved a lot of money and my kitchen looks amazing. Prompt communication and delivery, solid packaging. Highly recommended.
